Can somebody tell me if this transaction occurred on the old chain? Coins never arrived in friends wallet.

It's from Tradeogre to his 3.0 wallet. Appears to be Post Fork.
EDIT: HavenDev helped us chose remote node and got the wallet on the correct chain. Nice!

Whats included in this hardfork?
CryptoNight Haven Algorithm - This is a tweak on the cryptonight heavy algorithm we are currently using that will once again make us incompatible with nicehash. This is important while we are a growing network to ensure cheap power can't be rented to dominate the network hash.
Governance Fee - As voted by the community, a 5% governance fee will be added to the block reward. This fee will be used to pay for Listings, Lawyers and Developers to ramp up the project.
Difficulty Algorithm Adjustments - Updates to the diff algorithm help ensure better block timings and security against attacks.(edited)

I have a problem with updating my wallet, 2.1.0 to 3.0 ... when i start the haven-blockchain-import i got the error in log:
"2018-06-20 23:30:29.297 5008 FATAL bcutil src/blockchain_utilities/blockchain_import.cpp:250 bootstrap file not found: "C:\ProgramData\haven\export\blockchain.raw""

The real question is how user friendly will it be when the full offshore features will be implemented. If if aims at mass adoption it must be very easy to use also for non-crypto people.

Really troubles with the wallet ! I waited for 3 days to finally get the 10/10 confirmations but for now money is gone! DEVs what is happening? I have the TX in wallet's history
