Has anyone noticed that the majority of the hashrate is from devices not on the listed pools?  Add up all the hashrate from the various listed pools and it doesn't even account for 25% of the overall network currently.

There is a reason it's called cryptonight heavy.  If you are only losing 33% be glad.  MY quad Opteron servers went from over 2100H/s to under 900!  Almost a 60% loss!

It's not "losing" as its a different algorithim and everyone on the network is using the same one Smiley Just because an algorithim gives you 1 million hashes is irrelevant since everyone else would have 1 million too if you get my point.

In saying that CPUs were hit harder than GPUs due to the increase of memory usage in the algorithim.

Ive noticed something with my pending balance. It's staying the same since the hardfork and isnt crediting quite some hours of mining on the new algo.

It takes 60 blocks of confirmation to get a pending balance. There has currently only been 24 blocks since the hardfork.
oh that explains it, thanks

With this new XMR-STAK version for cryptonote heavy, i lost at least 33% hasrate. Do you have the same result?

Yes, I had the same issues...

CryptoNight Heavy gives a lower hashrate than cryptonight. That will be what you are seeing.

Haven new algo is copy of SUMO-heavy.
No problem if it works , is not it such a feeling?
In the first place,it is almost a copy of Monero.

The main thing is that large financial companies start investing in the project, then there will be success! How do I understand this is more a tool for corporate investment?

Pools show different difficulty of top block. Network forked?
Hi, on https://haven.miner.rocks difficulty is shown for current block, on other pools - for last found block.

All pools are on the same height/branch, so there are no network forks.

After the fork, nvidia miners are getting invalid shares. (updated to xmr-stak miner offcourse)

AMD and CPU seem not affected.

When can we expect a working miner for nvidia?

Its been noted that some Nvidia users are getting invalid shares however most are alright. Over the next few days we should see miner devs come out with patches that include the new algo so hold tight Smiley

Hey, anyone know how to configure xmr-stak 2.0 (haven) for Vega 64?

I tried copying what I have for the previous xmr-stak but i'm getting CL_INVALID_BUFFER_SIZE...

If you could post here your amd.txt please?

Thanks!

let it create the new amd file and after that change parameters to match the old stak's config but halve the intensity, you'll get lower hashrate than what you're used, so will everybody's else rigs, the gains will be distributed evenly.
