Yes, even people from the US. Though the minimum investment is 50k in current crypto value. This'll surely keep the door closed for many investors. The biggest share of tokens will be available during the regular sale though on the 25th.

You are right but the point is that recently US investors were restricted to many ICOs where they couldn't  participate, while Propy allows investments from US, thus the invested amount should be higher.

The answer we will know very soon, when the pre-sale will start.

I think, the project will be interested not only by American investors, but also by investors from other countries, such as Russia or Ukraine.

I believe if the pre-sale was not capped at $10 million the token would sold out or almost sold every available token available for sale. This is because US investors are allowed to participate in this ICO
