I'm finding it extremely weird why there are so many soft hand holder for Propy. Please sell off all your Propy NOW soft hand, so I can buy it cheap in a large volume. Don't come and stay in Propy, and consistently devalue such a GEM!

The utility vs security issue is tricky. I mean by the strictest interpretation almost everything is a security (not bitcoin, but almost every other coin, even ether). But I don’t see them acting on that. It’s just saber rattling. The bigger risk for non-compliant or bad-actor ICOs is FinCEN going after them
Some point in the next year we’ll probably see something that makes it clear that most coins are utilities if they meet X,Y,Z and others are securities. Realistically the govt probably prefers they be US based and utilities if possible so they can tax them
But right now it’s chaos because it’s possible for the SEC to treat a token as a security, the IRS to say its a utility, and for FinCEN to say its a “currency” all of which create major regulatory or tax issues

Propy is project of mid term to long term even it has already one year almost since it came into existence. This industry of real estate and property is way to complicated to transform it into blockchain registry and all this process is very slower. Propy holders who can bear all this slower transitional phase will have big reward. Supply will be limited need more adoption and then boom suddenly in future.

There are many factors that cause this, but as long as the dev is consistent in the development. the token it is worth hold.
