Propy team plans to have agreements with multiple Land Registries/Recording offices to use blockchain hashes for each ongoing transaction. The Propy's smart contracts developed are compatible with US legislation, while our DApp is to enable buyers from China, Canada, the Middle East, Latin America and more to legally validate real estate transactions. Propy is currently working with lobbyists in California and Vermont to accelerate the acceptance of Propy Registry as a legally valid source of trust in the US. Additionally, Propy is working with governments of several emerging countries (Middle East, Central America, and Eastern Europe), where the transition to new systems is more straightforward due to the lack of regulatory complexity. Also, we are continuously negotiating with international governments to achieve our long-term objectives of establishing a fully decentralized P2P platform on the Propy Registry. We are currently discussing agreements with Dubai, as part of the common mission to bring city properties into the Blockchain for more efficient transactions. By 2020 Dubai is planning to bring the entire city’s business activities on the Blockchain. In addition, we are almost ready to announce some other updates on the subject of other agreements and we'll make it soon, so please stay tuned!

I do not agree, some people do not care about the bonuses, they just wait till the end to gain confidence in the project and the success of the crowdsale and many factors.


I think ICO will be over earlier as expected. it is now 12m usd in just 2 weeks.

Checked the article at cointelegraph, good news for the project, investors and supporters. The decentralized real estate marketplace on the Blockchain in conjunction with the country’s Agency for E-Governance  can really preclude  and bring  greater transparency, efficiencies, security and compliance.

A lot of people are holding their ETH for early September ICOs and this ICO will not be done until mid-September so I think we've seen most of the purchasing that will occur.  Also, most of the buying happened in the first day, it hasn't risen that fast since.  This all makes me happy since the marketcap of in-circulation coins could be very small.  Then as the announced partnerships develop it will moon.

I doubt it, August has most quality pre-ICO and  ICOs in months and Propy project is one of it, I think the reason the ICO is still on is because most people in the space doesn't actually understand Real estate market.

i think that's the challenge for the devs, to reach people and enlight them about how feasible propy is, i.think the team are doing fine wor in order to fill those objectives that's why i believe propy won't fail it's supporters.

i think it's case to case since not all investors are just after bonuses. I think if they find the real beauty of propy theyy will invest even the ICO ends.
