Here is Patientory Stiftung github, as you can see, it is also paractically empty. Only a single application written in Java for PTOY Inaugural Blockchain in Healthcare Summit 2018. There's nothing more there, and for most investors it is very important to see progress.

Hello community! Happy Wednesday! Thank you for your patience regarding this. As we've gone through many protocols iterations to ensure that the initial TestNet complies with majority of healthcare regulatory and security compliance requirements around the world. The R&D team is working on polishing and refining submitting the final Testnet prototype to EEA for the Patientory private permissioned open source network (PTOYNet) on behalf of the Patientory Stiftung, so the community at large can start developments and contributions to growing the network. We are doing QA, etc and making those changes that should be done on the Ethereum protocol level. The Stiftung team is working with EEA on finalizing those steps for submission to the EEA community and the public. These final recommendations/findings will also be posted on Stiftung Github, as adoption and contributions are created we will try our best to capture this via the main Stiftung Github.

Looked at the githab. Nobody changes anything long ago. In roadmaps as it is written core 1 - 4 square meters. 2017, Core 2 May 2018. So there's not even bothered to erase this tuft. I don't think so, So in this example either PTOY is very undepriced or Verge is very overpriced. At this point I would never invest in high cap Coins like Verge when there are many better and cheaper options.

If you look from the point of view of capitalization, the ptoy has a good potential for growth. The project is still young, and the price is four times lower than the price of ICO. But as soon as they show the result of the work, the price will rise.

Maybe I do it wrong but before I imvest I always look at the market cap and the potential of a project.
Right now PTOY has only an market cap of 5M while for example Verge has 437M. So the price of Verge compared to PTOY is 87x higher.
Now ask this question. Would you agree that Verge has currently 87x more "value" (not price) than PTOY? Not 2 times, not 3 times ... 87 times!

Every year many beginners come to the cryptocurrency market who do not understand anything about it. Do not study projects, neither technical part, nor potential application in the real world. And just buy because you like the cover, and then cry that the money is lost. But the market feeds on hamsters, that's its fuel.

So that's why the price tanked and all prices of all ICOs that don't need a blockchain or don't need their own token will tank. Just find out the good protocol and technical innovations and buy those ICOs.

Lol what you're talking about,reddit rage kids missing their lambo isn't a proof that there's fraud, they just buy in a very hyped market when everything was to be build and patience needed,now they crying frauds lol. So far this project is like factom,there was very little community adress cause it was mostly for private business uses.

Timing is critical here, maybe once the market recovers, it's good to expect Binance announcement so it will give real moon.

Today, even very good and working projects have fallen significantly in price, so the instant addition will not give the desired effect, and I would like to see it in a growing market.
