Why people are not talking about this testnet reasons are well known. Majority of people in this field specially on this forum are small investors and they care more of earning profit from speculations and less they are interested in tech behind any project. There is no speculation these days that's why we see no one talking but they will return soon with first increase.

PTOY is one of the most underpriced altcoin at this moment imo
so now they start giving us concrete result since ICO and nobody care... great,more cheap coin for me
I will get more, I have PTOY in my holdings already but I like to take advantage on the cheap price. Maybe they realized that they need to perform so they will increase its volume and will not be delisted in Bittrex.

Another good thing here is this is already listed in good exchanges like Bittrex. We will only have to wait for the proper time. I am estimating $100 million market cap in the near future.
