Qora isn't a Guinea pig for NXT either. I hope if it works well with Qora the guy holds back from giving it to NXT. If Qora decides to take the risks and irons it out then I don't see why NXT should benefit.

Qora is NOT in alpha.
Considering that NXT is still beta quality and has a few bugs and Qora has more bugs and just fixed the big bug where it couldn't download the blockchain from where it last finished, I would say it's early alpha. But YMMV

I agree it could be great but why is Jean Luc so negative about it? we need to walk into it with eyes open and cautiously at least.

Bug is NOT fixed !!
When closing I see the same warnings/errors appearing in the bat command window as before.
NO message saying "wallet closing" and command windows stays open showing Qora still active.
Also when I check data directory I see "data.dat.t" has not been merged into "data.dat.p" as it should do with a clean/correct shut down.
Since yesterday I have started and shut down Qora many times and still no clean shut down of program.
Looks like problem has gotten worse...
Please fix properly, because this is getting annoying, to say the least.
All bugs were solved which i found.
Use seed to reload your wallet.

Why don't you quit complaining and start from scratch. Restore from seed with a freshly extracted files?
If that doesn't work upload your files for qora to investigate.
Sitting there on your high horse doing nothing but complaining is not helping anyone .
