That problem was caused by restarting the servers so they missed a few transactions causing other transactions sent by those addresses not to be validated.
I don't think it should be a problem anymore because other people are already generating blocks now.

You can add them to settings.ini under knownpeers.
The ip's must be seperated by ;
The settings are very basic but do the job.
