How about the escrow?
That would go a long way towards proving your legitimacy.

I advise no one to invest until escrow has been established.

Ok can we offically tie this up and assume its a scam. Surely the guy would turn up here for sometime near the end of the IPO.

5 hours isn't fashionably late in this case. Its a I've just scammed some fools late.

So does anyone have the heart to check if the code is the same as Emunie?

No you are thinking about Private Keys, Digital Signatures are what you do before you send.

And yes I do reply with my Ass. I find its helpful when talking to other Asses.

What coins? Show me some..

The rest I don't know what your talking about but I assume you used your ass.

Firstly you needed to sign the payment you sent before not after, doh! (don't worry, if they need confirmation you can send a small amount to them later)
Did you read with your ars?  Smiley "I will require digital signatures to make a change to the status of your order."

Cause there isn't one?
Looks like there is. I don't think it'll take more than a couple of days to create a genesis and launch the coin.

Isn't it funny how if you go back and look at the history, about half way in the developer stopped replying to anyones comments and only posted updates on the amount of funds invested in the IPO?

Also, isn't it funny how the dev extended the length of the IPO by a week, by making a new post about it and deliberately leaving out any mention of the escrow or the escrow address to send funds to?

Funny stuff.

Heh. +1 for the profile message niothor.

I gambled (investing isn't the right word regarding crypto IPOs) 50 EUR worth of BTC here (no escrow, feels so much better without;). I thought about it for quite some time and then I realized that it all looked a bit to integer to be a scam.

A scam IPO would smear as much honey around the 'investors' lips as possible, without trying to be too obvious. Qora did, at no point, do this. On the contrary, this IPO might have benefited from some extra PR skills. (He didn't even think of posting screenshots until asked for example)

So either this is one of the best executed scams that I've seen in a while, and Qora has deserved my 50 EUR, or he'll pop up sooner or later and all will be well. Until proven otherwise, I still honestly believe he'll show up.

On a sidenote: All you people who 'invested' up to 1500 USD in this: you really should start asking yourselves some questions. "Why?" is the most important one.

Of course we all know what happened after the NXT IPO, but don't let the thought of all the millions you could have made back then make you empty your pockets to obtain the largest possible piece of pie you can get your hands on.

Modesty is a virtue.

I don't think it's scam, because wallet is 100% uniqe, and I've tested it - it works. That means, dev can simply take this beta wallet and create genesis block for investors, it takes him 30 minutes to do this.

But why he is not online - that's the question  Huh

Ok over an hour after the IPO has finished and the developer is not online.

I guess now all there is to do is watch the bitcoin get moved into the guys personal wallet.

Why would that happen? Isn't this the purpose of an escrow? To keep the funds till the dev delivers the coins and the code?

You asked so I will give an answer. The reason people don't pay into Anon1 is he over complicates it in his description. Talking about private keys that 90% of people never use in their wallet. I'm not blaming him that hard, but this is what makes people not bother with it and send striaght to the developer.

Yeah, it's freaking me out also Smiley But I just did as he said. installed MultiBit and also made an on-line wallet in blockchain and use one or another. I have no idea how to sign a transaction but I know that these wallets have this functions so I'm cool.

Btw I see no reason for dev to run away. It looks like everything's ready for launch. It doesn't really matter if he wrote a new code or copy/paste someone else's code. Why wouldn't he launch the coin? Just because he's pure evil?

so the developer ran away!!!

Lets not jump to conclusions. But yeah, history could repeat itself!

If this was a con, then people should learn that you should always use the escrow if one is offered. thoses guys use escrow to make themselves seem legit so that more people just send them BTC...

looks like the trend now. how is your NAS doing? not yet pumped to the level expected
