For the QUARK Community members here:

I am currently offering physical precious metals in exchange for QUARK. Have plenty of Old Morgan & Peace silver dollars, 1 oz bullion, TONS of jewelry (Gold & Silver - Including designer name brands & diamonds).

I already did my first deal with a BTCtalk member. Once he receives his items he will come on here and vouch for me. Please PM for inquiries on what type of bullion/ inventory you would like to purchase. I have a silver bullion email I have sent out to several members for them to peruse, and everything is priced in QRK :-)

Also anything on either of my official eBay stores is available to purchase with Quark:

- stores.ebay.com/ATXSilver
- stores.ebay.com/ATXWholesale

What the member did for the first transaction was this:

I set up an auction on eBay with his exact order, I allowed him to 'purchase' the item without paying immediately through Paypal. He then transferred me the crypto to my wallet, and I am going to mark the item as 'Paid for' on eBay and ship out his item directly through the eBay system. This allows you to have recourse in case I pull any shenanigans (I wont), by opening up a buyer protection case and demanding a refund through the eBay system. And I can print out the shipping label right from my eBay store and have it professional shipped and carefully packaged and dropped at post office within 24 hours of payment received.

QUARK COIN - Already so valuable you can even buy Diamonds & Platinum with it. Hows that for legit?

LETS GOOOOOO!

PM me with details or email addresses for my list of current silver/gold inventory on hand.

You also might want to post this on http://www.reddit.com/r/QuarkCoin/

Personally, I mined zero Quark coins but I among the 100 richest owner Quark coins. For 2 BTC bought at the beginning of an enormous amount of Quark. Now much more valuable. This is called vision, not instamine, not premine.

I love this statement. People want instant money in their pockets. They expect to make it rich instantly after a few buy/sells and couple days of efforts with no real work involved. You also have to consider there is people doing things in the quark community that make this possible for us to make money. I passed on quark early on, when I shouldn't have.. however, I am still actively involved in spreading the adoption for more places to do business with Quarkers.

But in 'reality' we need to consider a good return after a few months of working on it.
If you want to boost your ROI, you must get adoptions going for it.

Let's use my app for example - Instant information to Quarkers that want the latest Quark News: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=quarkcoin.qrk.crypto.com

I don't get your point. Here is a guy that believed in Quark back in the dark days of october when the coin was being raped and dumped. He bought in and didn't sell out. You're saying he is nothing more than a profiteer? I disagree! He is a true investor. Slamming investors in your coin is just plain bad!

I'm watching it closely. It's the first big coin to have essentially finished the initial mining period. I'm surprised that the hashrate hasn't dropped significantly since passing 247mil coins, but it hasn't. Still hovering around 2GH/s. So far the botnets haven't seemed to exit.

I keep hearing "Quark is dead" yet somehow it's still always in the Top 10 traded pairs on Cryptsy:

http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/v2/markets/show/cryptsy

Should be interesting to see...

This is QRK's strong point ... with initial mining over, no more mine & dump as you have with most coins.  The shift is moving out of miners hands and into investors.  Also no more capital dilution, except the .5% which is minimal.  People buying Quark now are looking to invest, hopefully for the long-term...

Yes, this will be interesting to see how this plays out, although there are no guarantees I like the odds of Quark

Quote from: professorY
I'm not saying it's dying or it isn't, or really making any comment other than providing some facts for people to look at and do with what they will.

Is Quark the only coin with this kind of uneven distribution? Not at all. But it IS the only one that is essentially 100% mined at this point, which means its distribution is more set. It is what it is.

I just personally found the numbers shocking and thought the community should see it so they have all of the facts.

Saw this in another thread and it's very eye-opening:

http://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-quarkcoin-addresses.html

Notice how fewer than 300 people control a whopping 76% of all Quarks in existence.

That is insane.

Where's this massive decentralization we were promised?

Look Litecoin at the same link:
2230 accounts -> 19M Litecoin
2230 accounts (no people)  control 77% Market

but Quark only have 6 months and 2 months with real trade and exchanges,
Litecoin at least 2 years

2230 accounts for a three year old currency is a hell of a lot less dangerous than 300 for a 6 month old currency.

Quark  99% mined , Litecoin  30%.
So the top100 control 62.22% of all quarks coins , and in litecoin the top 100 control 45.76% of 30% that have been mined . that is 15% of the total numbers.

^^What he said.

So the coin is dying?

These comments about who owns Quark miss the point. Anybody can own a huge amount of Quark. Just buy it off an exchange!
Who owns Quark is not set!
If you want to own a huge percentage I'm sure you can buy it at the right price.
If you want everybody to own some Quark, buy a ton and donate it to a faucet or sponsor a give away!!
