I'm trying to connect to my quarkcoin daemon(on a vps) from my php website(godaddy);
Blockchain is up to date, here is conf file
The netstat --ip -lpa|grep quarkcoind command prints :
I can't see the port of quarkcoin p2p port(8910) in above image and I can't connect from php a test call :

I don't understand why people still ask for btc38. From my point of view anything involving Chinese characters will have a close to 0 impact on cryptos after January 31 , so why even bother?
I'm not sure that we really understand what is going on in China. My bet is that there will continually be ways to bring money into the exchanges there.
It really just appears as if the Chinese Government is trying to slow things down related to the Cryptocurrencies.
The alternative is that they are not outright banning them, but just trying to make it impossible to bring money in, and I don't believe that is the case.
But, time will tell.

It will probably be soon. I would guess within a month. Quark is so nice and calm right now. They were probably waiting for this moment while upgrading their servers.

Unless it was them that bought the 2000 000 USD of quark, then not anytime soon. If it was them it could come at anytime.
