Hello all,

We are the ICOrating team.

We’re creating the most detailed database of every company that is having, or planning to have, an ICO. We’re also developing ratings and analytical reports that will increase potential investors’ awareness on such companies.

We’re happy to announce that Qtum is now listed on our website. Check it out here http://icorating.com/project/53/Qtum

We appreciate any feedback. Please feel free to contact us if there are any additions/corrections you want to insert.

this is really a great thing. Ico-rating is one of my most favorite ICO listing site. and I am sure it is favorite of lots of people. it will help the ICO for sure.

Good update but is there an explanation about the distribution? I just know 51Million of the tokens are go into the crowdsale, By what about the other tokens? i can't find anything was having a relationship with it (information)

I sort of asked the same question last Friday the 10th, they answered the following (but haven't got back yet, after 24 hours):

Only 51% of tokens get distributed in the crowdsale?

I get that 20% is reserved for early backers and foundation initiators, but why is there an additional 20% reserved for business development and another 9% reserved for academic research, education and market expansion? Shouldn't those funds be allocated from the proceeds of the crowdsale? For example 80% crowdsale and 20% for early backers?

Just going to quote myself (above), since this gets burried so quickly with all the Qtum paid promoters.

This question can't be answered with a few sentences and then shelved, let me respond to this properly within 24 hours, these are the types of discussions that matter right now.

Qtum devs should rethink the ICO process.  They should stick with only one source of participating which should be through the official website.  Forget about all the Chinese exchanges.  Since only 51% of the tokens will be offered during the ICO, there's a possibility of the exchanges purchasing up many of the tokens to resell at a higher price.  Also, many of us have never heard of those exchanges.

This better not be an ICO...

yeah it is, and the people think its their best investment ever. it has enough push with campaign, bounties. lets look at the bonuses and if it is overbought from the start on.

I don't like this, there is no single western exchange on the list, I can see firstblood crowd sale scenario play out here, where the exchanges would buy all the tokens in few minutes and be sell at 2X 24hours later. I hope Qtum team would cap the amount of tokens on each exchange to get real investors to invest in the project
Sorry, I think you took the wrong conclusion, Qtum and Firstblood.io is different, Qtum crowdsale not set the price from the first, so what price of Qtum depending on how many funds collected from crowdsale, but firstblood have set the price from the first so that it's possible the token firstblood sold out in just a few minutes same as SingularDTV, Qtum crowdsale will same like Waves and Lisk or Iconomi the price depend in fund collected.
And if you don't like Chinnese exchange you can use crowdfunding website or Qtum website to buy the token  Smiley

Qtum Exchange Update:

We have announced the Chinese exchanges that will host the Qtum crowdsale.  Please keep in mind that we will host this on our website as well.

The listed exchanges are:

1. Bizhongchou (http://bizhongchou.com)
2. Yunbi (http://yunbi.com)
3. Yuanbao (www.yuanbao.com)
4. ICO365 (www.ico365.com)
5. Qtum official crowdsale website (crowdsale.qtum.org) – coming soon

Please see our Blog: https://qtum.org/qtum-crowdsale-update/

Thanks for the information on the Qtum crowdsale.  I have a concern to why it will be hosted on so many different exchanges/websites.  How will you keep from over selling the 51million tokens?  (reselling the same tokens)  Will this be a fixed price for each Qtum?  or will you just collect all the btc's from all the site and them calculate the quantities/price of each qtum for each investor?

There is not a single top Chinese exchange in that list. They said they will organize the ICO with 3 top Chinese exchanges. I thought they were talking about exchanges like Huobi and BTCC.

Scams can and will happen in these smaller exchanges and like you said about the Firstblood crowdsale, the exchanges could play this. Another thing to worry about is that Chinese exchanges are very strict with bitcoin withdrawals because of the issue with PBOC. They might make it hard for you to send your coins to your wallet.

Now the money is free, and so the people will be
Yeah It would be great to have a known western exchange doing the ICO too, like bittrex or poloniex.  It would help with visibility a lot !

I think Qtum Blockchain will have a big potential. During some time I watched for the project and has concluded that no doubt, it will be one of the best projects of this year. So I'm getting ready participate in crowdsale.

Qtum already received the approval of the majority. For developers, ICO will be successful. But for investors, no one knows. Smiley Nevertheless, I want to be small depositors in the project. Good luck everyone.

Great News but looks like most of the exchange site china based. There will be any bonus for early buyers? like 20% bonus for first 24 hour.Since the coin is so popular if you guys add some bonus for early buyers, I think all the coins will sold by 24 hours.

In my recommendation, giving bonus reflects crisis. So without reason there is no good to give bonuses. There is already enough buzz for this project. Therefore I believe ICO will surely see smooth sale!

So this is the last day of this campaign. Hope this signature Campaign was productive.
All the best for the future.
yes we can hope that all of us try our best in promoting the QTUM and we can hope that the team QUTM will be happy with out contribution. i will like to say still we will try our best to promote QTUM as more as possible. hope that ICO will be one of the best ICO.

Yes, often the ICO is the most important stage, because it shows if the project will be a success, or a flop. So far Qtum has been promising, hopefully it will be a successful project.
