Qtum Exchange Update:

We have announced the Chinese exchanges that will host the Qtum crowdsale.  Please keep in mind that we will host this on our website as well.

The listed exchanges are:

1. Bizhongchou (http://bizhongchou.com)
2. Yunbi (http://yunbi.com)
3. Yuanbao (www.yuanbao.com)
4. ICO365 (www.ico365.com)
5. Qtum official crowdsale website (crowdsale.qtum.org) – coming soon

Please see our Blog: https://qtum.org/qtum-crowdsale-update/

Thanks for the information on the Qtum crowdsale.  I have a concern to why it will be hosted on so many different exchanges/websites.  How will you keep from over selling the 51million tokens?  (reselling the same tokens)  Will this be a fixed price for each Qtum?  or will you just collect all the btc's from all the site and them calculate the quantities/price of each qtum for each investor?

Qtum looks very interesting and it has got crypto community attention but it is strange they stopped their signature campaign weeks before ICO.Usually campaigns are run throughout ICO.Are they planning to start another campaign ?What was the reason of closing signature campaign?Has ICO date postponed?
I am also curious about what they are doing. As you say, almost every campaign runs during the ICO. It seems like Qtum does not want to do the same thing. I hope that the campaign is enough for the people to be attracted by Qtum and there will be many investors putting their money in this project
I think the Signature Campaign was very successful and now everyone on the forum knows about qtum. I think that was the plan and almost all of the target audience now has some idea about what QTUM is about. They have achieved their target and I think it wasnt profitable enough to continue the campaign. Just look at the premium rates they have given out for it. One of the best campaigns that has run on this forum for sure.

To my mind that 5 week was already enough for collecting investors and people, who where interested in this project.

Qtum
From US based exchanges, are you only going to add qtum on poloniex? Or we can see bittrex here? It's really important because not only asian market but these exchangers are very popular and trustful for people. If it's not secret, will we get them in us exchangers as quickly as in asian market?

The questions You're asking have been answered over and over again yet It is still being asked. Qtum ICO is not likely to be hosted on either Poloniex or Bittrex. The reasons being that, Poloniex no longer hold ICOs on their exchange. Bittrex on the other hand, has some not-so-good requirements that MUST be met before The ICO can be hosted there and There's no way Qtum can go around it except Bittrex bends their rules. I don't see them doing that so No US exchange. I suggest you head to the Chinese site to register and verify your account, else You'd miss the ICO

Both of you didn't know  what was the reason yet? Go to Qtum campaign's thread and read on page 45, you will find about what was the reason they want ended it. This is a project which has the highest pay rates among all sites, we should be grateful we can advertise them even though this is the last week for their campaign.
I believe this project will success in the future. Goodluck Qtum team

Only 51% of tokens get distributed in the crowdsale?

I get that 20% is reserved for early backers and foundation initiators, but why is there an additional 20% reserved for business development and another 9% reserved for academic research, education and market expansion? Shouldn't those funds be allocated from the proceeds of the crowdsale? For example 80% crowdsale and 20% for early backers?

Just going to quote myself (above), since this gets burried so quickly with all the Qtum paid promoters.

This question can't be answered with a few sentences and then shelved, let me respond to this properly within 24 hours, these are the types of discussions that matter right now.

So, it's almost been 72 hours but I haven't seen an answer yet.

Please push it on POLONIEX many BitcoinTalk users are Poloniex users.

Has everyone heard of the latest news that the Peoples Bank of China has had a meeting with more Chinese cryptocurrency exchanges and this caused Huobi and Okcoin to suspend all withdrawals of BTC and LTC from their sites? Others will possibly follow and might suspend all cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals.

How does this affect the Qtum ICO since it will be done on 3 major Chinese exchanges? Will there be a change of plans?
They also have a plan to sell it from their website and also from an ico website so in some unlikely event, investors will always have choice but I would love to see atleast one non-Chinese exchange also.
As far signature campaign, yes public memory is short lived,I do not think it is a good idea to end signature campaign before ICO.
I think signature campaign should have been started in February and last till first week of March.

Poloniex would be my first choice for an exchange thats not Chinese. They are trustworthy enough to do the job and if an ICO is organized over there you will know that the project is not a scam. Another choice I have is Kraken.

Poloniex does not host crowdsales anymore, we have contacted them and they said they will keep an eye on this project, that's as far as the conversation went.
Maybe you need to start your troll into the poloniex trollbox and tell them to take the qtum crowdsale.
if only poloniex be inserted Qtum
is there exchangers are recommended for Qtum
please information pack
and after the project is running. is there a campaign again?

I have a legitimate question, why would I invest before March 11 (when the decision of bitcoin ETF is released) when the value of my investment here may shrink a lot of it gets approved? Or does QTUM count 1btc as 1btc investment? or is it in USD

Is there a minimum for this project to raise?
This is very interesting

No minimum amount needs to be raised for the project to go forward.
So no need maximum amount to make this project still in development, but with all the promotion Qtum project will get huge amount from investor. I hope all was ready before ICO ended so it will not take long to wait for trading live.
