Interesting March 1st, that is between six-seven weeks time, so the signature will end when the ICO begins or you are looking to extend it to the ICO period.

It looks a better project. You have a serious team for to give progress to the project. I am searching about the info of your ICO and want to know that from where will you start your ICO. I will suggest that a part of the ICO is started at bittrex then it will be better. I often participate in bittrexx ICO.

As far as I've understood about Qtum, it is similar to BTC but Smart Contracts is something different in crypto currencies. If a user receives Qtum via email, the wallet is linked to their email but how will they use those coins? Just send them to another user's email? And how to see the balance? We would at sometime need to create a wallet right?

It's good to see Wechat and Whatsapp being considered and this means even Skype would be considered? Hope so as many people use this messenger.

It would be better if you can provide some screenshots too in the OP to explain this better.

I think this is a very interesting project, I had read descriptions I see great things as Qtum is based on Bitcoin Core v0.13 and Proof-of-Stake 3.0 (POS), operating without accounts and the best is Value Transfer Protocol’ to the industry . Besides, with good technical team I believe that this project will be developed further in the future.

Yes, we raised over a million US dollars. One of our investors is a billionaire, the others are well known. Some have asked not to be disclosed, but this information is a few days old. Let me get the media articles for you:

I think we have to be the first blockchain project with a billionaire investor, I believe he invented an 'uber' in China. There are some other investors involved, everyone knows them in crypto, we just haven't asked if we can namedrop them.
