That's kind of good news thanks

It would have beengreater for  beginners like me  if exact details of milestones  and their delivery date can be mentioned on the website.

Very promising project !!!
One query though If there are any confirmed dates or months in which the deliverables are to released ?

I know they've mentioned it before (and more recently in the AMA video - specific timestamp here), they said that at this time the developers are unable to work full time on the project and they don't want to go down the road of empty promises for the sake of having specific dates on paper.  I agree with that, as plans are always changing!

They are great at providing updates when they're available though, and are also approachable on Discord if you've got questions on how things are going.   If you haven't already, I suggest watching the AMA video (linked here) or follow their social media channels and Discord to get updates when they're available!  If anything, the community is great and helpful!

Hey all,

Just commenting with the latest from the team. They released a YouTube video on Thursday answering some questions that that community had. It's AMA style and they've mentioned they will be doing this again in the future.

If you've got questions you can ask them on their Discord or Telegram (or their social media pages).

The video can be found here

This thread is quite oldies but when I read all the comments it makes me convinced and I became interested to ride on the wave, and to all who are currently mining this coin, what is your suggested CPU to start mining Raptoreum? Hope I can get the answer. Thanks

Most efficient are AMD 5*** Ryzens ATM. 3*** series ryzens and Threadrippers are good too. Water cooling is must-have.
You can view https://mineraptoreum.ru/ for more info.

Thank you dude for your answer, I'm currently using ryzen 5 right now, and I don't know if I'm make it right because I only got 170h/s is that normal or I need some fine tuning, I have 4 cores and 8 threads AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 3400GE cpu, but not have yet a water cooler in my system, I only use ordinary fan. Is that okay?
What about your RTM mining results, are the results you get quite profitable? I'm actually more worried about the daily trading volume of RTM which is less than $30K USD, with such a small trading volume I'm worried that big miners will find it difficult to sell their mined RTM coins.

This one is probably because of the onboard graphics but most other AMD chips from the 3xxx and 5xxx series do pretty well on RTM!

I haven't received any good results, I tried to mine for 3 days using my Ryzen 5 3400GE and I only got 89-120H/s, and my projected minted RTM was 1.9 on the mining pool that I've been using. I fear that my CPU might be burn if I continue to mine RTM because I have only using a regular cpu fan.

AMD really reduced the L3 cache on those CPUs way too far, they are pretty much as bad as it gets for mining.

I noticed that, because wayback an early years of AMD, i read lots of good feedback on their hashrate, I am hoping that AMD is still good today, but yeah, you're right that they reduced the L3 cache of their CPU, is because of the graphic onboard on the CPU? what do you think?

It looks like it in your case is a result of the onboard graphics/ budget range. There are a lot of decent CPUs on the market in the 100$ range that produce decent results on RTM.

Will you realize the smart contracts this year, I know no ETAs ETC... were given however RTM needs some "good news" or it continues to stagnate then it completely becomes part of THE generic altcoin crowd.  Its not enough to develop, it has to feel and look like things are moving forward. You released that big new years blogpost and half a year has passed.  Sad

It sounds a bit low for that system, what average did running the Cpuminer-gr give you?
