Bittrex had a problem in the early hours of the new wallet. Some transactions got stuck but they are working on it. Should be open for withdrawals later today.

Once it's open you can withdraw to your wallet and than get your coins.

Staking starts after block 7,000 so you still have plenty of time to get your coins in your wallet and let them mature for atleast 8 hours.

On swisscex the old Ruby coin can still be deposited and traded.
How will you prevent to have RubyV1 and RubyV2 running in parallel Huh

In my opinion it was a really bad idea to start another blockchain.
Hope that will not kill the coin.

Why is there no clear information about that swap on http://www.rubycoin.org/ ?

Mining with the new 2.0.0.0 version, leads to many many blocks, but all with value 0

What I understand, now it is not possible anymore to get out the coins from the old blockchain.
Shall everyone stop mining Ruby now?

Make sure you have the latest wallet and set a transaction fee. If that doesn't fix it, try sending a different amount.

Correct, the method we have to use is less than ideal. I wouldn't blame anyone for dumping and getting out.

He answered u, granted it wasn't much of an explanation. It still doesn't make sense to me why bittrex is needed to swap over to pos when many other coins have went from pow to pos smothely. Just another reason why you should get out while u still can.
