Wow! You know a lot about it, thank you for that. Very helpful for many hunters and investors here. Bounty participants will realize the truth after one month when they will again say that distribution will be next month.
Thank you for your kind words.
The truth is that in this forum and beyond, we all have a responsibility to try to protect each other as much as possible from all forms of crypto scams and the best way is to keep each other fully informed.
Unfortunately newbies and gullible people will always be targeted by scammers such as in the way scammers Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83, akira128 and several others were promoting Minexcoin. Several of those scammers were trolling and spreading propaganda about this Republia scam too.
Some key notes:1-) republia.io is diverted to paxchain.io (
https://paxchain.io/english.html)
republia domain is no longer actively showing a website, it just diverts to paxchain.io
2-) "Republia" project does not exist anymore, it has been renamed and branded to "Paxchain"
Paxchain is not be confused with Paxnet, they are two unrelated and separate entities3-) "Republia Group, British Virgin Islands (BVI)" no longer owns this project. The new owner is "PAXChain Group, British Virgin Islands (BVI)". It is just an off-shore company to try to hide the names of the owners, to make thing difficult for investors and users to sue them in Court when they make their exit scam and until that happens probably for tax reasons too.
4-) paxchain.io (
https://paxchain.io/english.html) has a free Lets Encrypt SSL installed. These scammers could not even fund the cash to pay for a SSL.
Pathetic
5-) All of the links in the image below which open a page or pdf have one thing in common: there is no mention of "Paxnet" (
http://www.paxnet.co.kr) which is the South Korean tech company which Republia scammer claim "merged" with Republia
There was no merger between Paxnet and Republia. This was a blatant lie spread by the Republia team to generate free publicity.
How can there be a merger with a South Korean tech company worth millions of US$ and a Ukrainian start-up with nothing tangible to show except hot-air, empty promises and group of shady individuals with questionable backgrounds including a history of Court cases for tax evasion issues and a sister company called Minex which is a blatant scam?
6-) The paxchain.io website "Team" link in the header does not work. They are trying to hide that very vital part of the "project"
How can anybody be foolish enough to invest in a project where the Team do not even explain who they are on the main website but foolishly enough state everything in outdated pdf links on the same website where they still refer to their project by its former name Republia?
7-) There was
NO MERGER between Paxnet and Republia
In December 2018 the Republia scammers stated:
We are glad to present you pre-Christmas news!
There was a merger of two companies, the Republia Group and PaxNet. PaxNet is one of the leading companies in the Korean market, there is also a media channel in its group. The total number of users in PaxNet has 6.5 million users, the media group has up to 12 million television connections. Also the company's assets are traded on the stock exchange. Exchange KOSDAQ. Since the merger took place, the Republia Group and PaxNet created a joint venture, PaxChain, which is registered in the Republic of Korea. In the near future, the sites and the name of the project will be updated on - PaxChain. The project will be developed on the Asian market, first of all on the Korean market, also PaxChain team will focus on the European market. Collaboration with the companies giants and the government is already planned. Korea is a very fast-growing market that opens doors for the blockchain, which is why the management of the Republia Group decided to merge with PaxNet. Since the project is fully funded by PaxNet, Public Sales will not be carried out, as this will not be necessary.PaxChain will have two offices - in Seoul and in Kiev. Thanks to the merger of Republia and PaxChain team, big changes are coming in the field of Blockchain technology!Once again, there was
NO MERGER between Paxnet and Republia. A multi-million dollar US$ company with 6 IPOs and 200 company strong portfolio would NEVER merge with a start-up that has no product, no money, no investment and nothing to show except empty promises.
8-) The bounties that were due to be paid for those participating in the Republia bounty program were due on 15th April 2019, they have now been promised to be paid on 15th May 2019.
Have a read of the excuses they are using to withhold bounties. They now claim the bounties will be paid on 15th May 2019. We all know that will not happen because they have no real project. They are using a 3rd class amateur style MVP along with promises of cutting-edge innovation in the hope to seek investment from a big company
9-) There is
NO MENTION OF PAXNET on the whole website and in all download pdf and links except the medium press release dated 21 November 2018.
In that link (
https://medium.com/@republia/republia-creates-new-partnerships-in-asia-11c0541c44a7) is states:
Our co-founder will also have many meetings Seoul. The primary purpose of this trip is to sign the final terms and conditions with PaxNet. This company went public (IPO) and is trading on exchanges.
Vladyslav as well will meet with the president of this company, who apart from PaxNet has about 200 other companies in South Korea (6 of them went public (IPO).
We believe this trip will be very productiveWell, there is no mention that Paxnet will buy Republia. There is no mention Paxnet will merge with Republia. There is no mention Paxnet will do anything at all with Republia except "sign final terms and conditions with Paxnet". Maybe it could be to sign final terms and conditions that Republia will pay Paxnet $15000 per month to use their South Korea offices, or maybe it was to use one of their exchanges to trade ERC-20 tokens if/when Republia ever launched them.. who knows?
It was mentioned by Republia scammers in a very ambiguous manner only so they could use it as an excuse to try to dupe gullible investors by fooling them in to thinking much more is going on than there really is.
10-) The roadmap targets have failed and they are still referring to parts of their project as Republia (as in their wallet)
"Paxchain" is not be confused with "Paxnet""Paxnet" is a South Korean tech firm worth millions of US$"Paxchain" (formerly Republia) is a Ukrainian owned start-up which is worth almost
ZERO US$ Paxchain is just a trading name of a start-up that is worth almost nothing because it has no product and no assets.
Paxchain is owned by "PAXChain Group, British Virgin Islands (BVI)" which in-turn is owned by these people:
https://media.republia.io/republia-one-pager-en.pdfThey have connections with Minexcoin/Minexystem/Minexpay - which was another scam project which is now on the verge of collapsing after allegations of fraud and scamming
