The myth about a $50 million merger was a blatant lie spread by Republia to try to gain free publicity.

The only thing Paxnet did was to allow Republia to use their South Korea office while they collaborated. What were the state and terms of that collaboration? Well, Republia had to prove they could deliver on their super-fast blockchain technology which they never did.

There was no merger between Paxnet and Republia. Think about it, Paxnet was worth tens of millions of US$ having a presence in South Korean markets usually by buying up start-ups or small tech companies then giving them a cash boost and making them more productive. Republia was a scam start-up from Ukraine with a shady team of "owners and advisors", some of which were involved in the Minex scam (the father of Republia CEO is the CEO of Minex. His father is also a team member of Republia).

Paxnet did not buy Republia, they did not buy shares either. They wanted Republia to prove they could deliver on their word and then might have purchased the blockchain part of the Republia business but Republia did nothing and will not do anything because they are scammers.

The super-scammers such as Temhuk, Racquemis1 and Yurii Pohrebniak / yurez83 along with several newbies accounts that were trolling and promoting this thread and promoting the Minex thread with propaganda that would shame even the lowest-of-the-lowest scammers, have decided to vanish. They left the English Minex and Republia threads then ran to the Russian language threads to try to make a last-ditch attempt to maximise their scam in trying to get gullible investors to buy in to their scam - then they left.

Minexcoin has been at all-time-lows c.$0.15 when it was over $56 less than 18 months ago. Its total market capital is around $800,000 (including pump/fake prices) when it was valued at over $169 million just under 18 months ago. The collapse was in-part because of the lies they spun trying to shell out illegal Mastercards using 3rd parties instead of going for a real Mastercard program in the official manner.

Members of Minex decided to set-up Republia, so you can imagine the end result for Republia but right now the key is simple, they were supposed to pay "bounties" to their bounty participants on 15th April 2019 and so far nobody has received anything and both Republia scammers and Minex scammers have gone quiet on their social media and communication facilities.

Yes you are right, they wanted people to promote their scam Republia project for free and never had any intention of giving bounty to anybody.

Republia has connections with another company called Minex which is also a scam.

But why there is no penalty, for me it seems like cheating bounty hunters that work for them and now they have to wait for another 1 month because they have problem to count that? I think that they only want free advertising here on the forum.

15th April 2019 came and went but nobody received their bounties just as we told everybody. We knew they were wasting their time.

Time is off,bounties not paid, so Republia is now officially in full scam mode. Now it more than clear that Republia project was in great scale financialy dependant from Minexsystems and that collapse of Minexsystems revenues to 0  led to Republia failure too.

Also it is confirmation that Koreans is not interested in paying Republia expenses - they just hired them to develop tech part of theirs future coin and application - Paxcoin and Paxnet.

The poor members of the company signatures, they were blocked for an indefinite period.

The team just make another bad reputation on their project, we all know Republia it's already rebrand to Paxcoin. And now the funny things they extended the bounty went the bounty already ended at end of the years 2018. A lot of people waiting for more than 3 months and they change it only in the last mins these reputation project already destroy.

This coin and bounty campaign is total disaster. In telegram group they asked to wait signature participants for another one month. So about 4 months of waiting until signature can be removed?

First Q1 over and nothing realized from roadmap - no public sale, no token ,no wallet,no exchanges listing...

Obviously Koreans do not want to give them money without showing tanglible results

If you join telegram bounty chat you will also see that noone is providing any update, many signature participants need to keep signature until stakes calculated (on the 15th April) .. so for 2 months signature locked for free. Really shady behavior. 

Let us wait and see what happens on 15th April 2019.

All bounties are supposed to be paid then.... all bounty participants will then discover how much of a scam this "project" really was.

Just take it as a learning experience. Keep in mind probably 90 percent of ICOs will fail. If investing in an ICO, make sure you do plenty of research. Some things I look for when doing bounties is checking the team, how much funding they have already received, and the ratings on prominent websites. We are well past the point of profiting by randomly throwing money at ICOs. They should be regarded as high risk.

This was always going to be a scam because of its connection to Minex but on 16th April 2019 you will see ALL avatars and signatures with Republia removed because on 15th April 2019 NOBODY will receive their bounty.

They also said how Koreans invested $50 millions and that each coin will be worth $1.84 - so, for bounties they have to pay ~ $5.52 millions of dollars.  

Of course ,Koreans didnt invest not even 10% of that sum and are not interesting for Republia coins at all. Koreans certainly will not pay for bounties too and where Republia will find $ 5.52 millions?? Before any paying for bounties they have to list coin on at least 2 exchanges. So far,nothing happened.

They tried to sell people story about Koreans huge investment in project and how RPB coins will have support in Paxnet financing.With support of paid bots,they would create hype and dump worthless RPB coins on naive investors who thinks that RPB coins are also part of Paxnet deal.  

They were caught in lie so that plan went to trash,Minex is facing bankruptcy and cant help them... - situation is very,very grim.

They made/registred new site 3 months ago - Paxchain,which is copy of old Republia site in new colors and on new address with Koreans translation included. On the surface it is Paxchain site,but if you go deeper you will find all old Republia Whitepaper, tech specs and many other things which are not part of Paxnet plan at all.

They didnt realize not at one thing from the Q1 2019 roadmap list and there is just 12 days left to the end of Q1.

Everything looks so fishy,like that project went down to drain after Minexsystems collapse.
