why are people buying this. I'm so confused right now

But more because of the ridicules low ICO price
I could have taken the option for a ICO on a exchange and put the price at 500 sats, and i would have sold much more then now, and what will happen, the price will drop, so i took a ICO run by myself, with a pretty cheap price if you ask me, so that all ICO investors should be able to make profit. So do the risk calculation and ask yourself, is ROSCOIN worth more then 13 BTC? (at the current investment), ok, ICO is not finished yet, so some more deposits will happen for sure...

It is not allowed as a owner to join your own ICO, that we call MANIPULATION and CHEATING!! I have my pre-mine coins and the BTCs to do the necessary tasks for ROSCOIN.
This ICO works as followed:
The first 1 BTC was purchased at 20 sats. So this means that 5,000,000 coins was sold at 20 sats.
This means that there is still 35,000,000 coins for sell at 50 sats.
If those 35,000,000 coins are NOT BEING SOLD then the price of the 40,000,000 coins will be adjusted. The first 1 BTC will NEVER pay more then 20 sats, but if now the ICO would close then the price is only 16 sats per coin, so this means that the people that join at 20 sats will receive even more coins, and people that purchase now will receive their coins at 16 sats. This is based on current numbers.
If all ICO coins are being sold, meaning the total ICO amount is 17.5 BTC then everybody paid 50 sats per coin (except the first 1 BTC people), if only 15 BTC is in ICO then the price for those people that bought 35,000,000 coins will not be 50 sats but less.
I hope it makes it clear.
