A good choice of China and Germany, but Kazakhstan and Russia have permanent crises and a small industry.
And could you name me the country without a permanent crisis? ))Want to say Germany is gonna be fine with all those refugees next couple years? And the whole EU?
China concentrates its forces in Kazakhstan too, due to its low prices for lands and manpower. The more indusrty - the more metrology services required.

GMP bullet points.
Our plan is:
1. Create (let's call it) Innovative Business Incubators - 4 sites. (Russia, Kazakhstan, China, Germany)
2. Support of promising scientists' projects at all stages (from development to commercialization).
3. Initiatives are to be funded with 80% of our resources and with 20% of investors' resources.
4. For this very reason, our first goal is to create support for the constant flow of money - the metrological GMP centers.
5. We have already started to bring the idea to the light and we are already receiving financial backing offerings for new projects.
6. So, our answer is "YES"

Are there some type of them?
Do you already have big or small client for researches?
Do you mean our current clients? Clients of our metrology center?Are there some type of them?

Our target clients are ~80% legal entities and ~20% natural entities.
We've got clients in different spheres - educational facilities, health centers, malls, hospitals, plants, etc.
including defence industry complex.

Ok, maybe the industry in Russia is available but who then makes the measurements now?
It's inner metrology departments of enterprises, which are certified to deal with only their own products and equipment service.And it's state governed centers, which have not enough recourses to provide their metrology services in time for opening interprises, for example.
That's why we say the market is facing the lack of supply.
Industry always moves along the state, and here's no one who is interested in abrupt changes.
