So let me understand, first of all you hold a decent % of the supply, you only let people "with money" in and you claim to be pioneering this way of distribution. Also there is only about 30 persons holding the supply besides you? Am i right?
Please read the op, there are 40 stakeholders with 3 million split between them and they are required to have the amount they purchase stored in wallets if they wish to receive revenue share. 800,100 Rubies were given to users on our site for initial distribution. 3.8 million is earned through Bet-Mining which is the part of the unique distribution model. 1 million for initial bankroll so people can use the coin from launch for entertainment and to spread it out. Coins are set aside for marketing, bounties, campaigns and developers amount to the remainder. We have an established business and wish to see Rubies thriving for years to come, we have proven financial responsibility in our past and now will rely on Rubies as almost our entire source of income. This is not a coin we launched with no thought its been in development for months.
This entire distribution model has been planned for 8 months now before code development began.

Are newly registered accounts who gamble on the site will going to received rubies also or maybe not?
Not at this time, there will be campaigns and contests to earn Rubies which will be a great way to promote and earn Rubies for those who missed initial distribution.
Also, bounties will be posted this week which will enable those who can help to earn.

At this point it is structured in a way that would not permit smaller packages, however people could always do a group buy as we have been asked this in the past. After Rubies is accepted to exchanges the option to invest in our site with Rubies could be a possibility. Other businesses who are going to be integrating Rubies may offer the same as well, so keep in mind as a currency the options are near limitless.
Would anyone be interested in opening a Slack channel for Rubies?

That is correct after the distribution phase we plan to have just enough to maintain a bankroll, and if that gets wiped out then we'll buy them off exchanges when they are available.
So far people are collecting their Rubies and one person wagered over a million in volume alone. We have a lot of people interested and vested in Rubies and welcome everyone to the coin.
16 mil Rubies in volume today is amazing!

Thought I'd say hi and to say I'm really pleased to be working with the BetterBets team on this new project. Rubies is a great new addition to the BetterBets platform, that we have been working through over the past few months. Hello, we had a suggestion on another forum to allow Bet-Mining to credit Rubies as you reach 1 BTC wagered in chunks. For example: 0.1 BTC volume credits 3 Rubies 0.2=6 Rubies 0.3=9 etc.
It doesn't change the amount of distribution per 1 BTC wagered (30 Rubies), however we think it will allow people more satisfaction and will be implementing this idea.

We have discussed this matter before launch and if I remember correctly, the decision was that even if there are less than 40 holders, 80% of profits will be divided between those holders. However, I'm the dev and Bjorn is the business guy, so his final word counts; as such, please wait for confirmation from him before taking this statement as fact.

i like this concept, the only thing for me is that a user will need to bet mininum 1btc to even touch a rubie ;\
People like you doesnt understand the words volume it seems, it is easy to create volume of the wagered amount. Any amount will do and just some luck if you are using a very low amount. This is backed by an established business already. People are craving for clams since the majority got them earlier and this is another chance to get some "clams" like coins backed by gambling site earlier
