Premine: 50,000,000 ?

Before the community note the 3 billion POC superblock, The POC community mined about 1.1Billion POCs,as some body buy about 0.4BillionPOC through mintpal. Thus, it is about 1.5 billion POC was relative legal, SO the SHARKcoin premined  50,000,000 . This is why the ratio is 30:1

What is SharkCoin?

SharkCoin has two meanings. One is that we are sharks and the other is we exclusively hunt for fraudsters (shark)! This is the real meaning of this coin!

Before long the digital encryption monetary industry which mainly based on Bitcoin brought us a world with mysterious and powerful digital network. Anonymous payments, reliable trades with no need for any third party to be participated in, etc, these characteristics show us the amazing charm created by math and logic. More and more DAC development applications based on Bitcoin block chain technology were developed, which successfully shows us the powerful vitality of decentralized distributed self-restraint system! This brings us a new and bright future with full of opportunities!

However, because of bright prospects, digital encryption monetary industry brings attention of , a large number of miners and investors but also draws attention of fraudsters who are up to no good. Due to the characteristics of open source codes, some moral degenerates who have certain technical foundation slightly and maliciously modify the source of encryption currencies can obtain the goodwill and trust of miners and investors for profiteering. Their behaviors not only hurt the individual interests of benign market participants but also making people to question this sunrise industry whether it has a very promising future!

Why an IPO?

  • We want to do some modest efforts for recovering the losses of miners and investors that suffered in recent “POC super block scam”
  • We want to use the money raised to set up a website to declare a war towards fraudsters by public announcing garbage coins that have fraud behaviors, providing comprehensive block query services ?for all miners and investors ?freely ?to expose the fraud characteristics of the current market.

Implementation of IPO

POC holders can subscribe SAK with the rate of 30:1 through the legitimacy sources verification. After the completion of subscription, POC will be returned to subscribers’ wallet. That is to say, POC holders can obtain SAK only by proving the legitimacy source of their coin. This will be a hard and onerous work which will take three days to register, and then the verification work in one or two weeks to ensure fairness and justice. In addition, we developed POC and SAK block browserfor progress check and supervision.

The number of legitimate POC complied with the source code released is now around 1.1 billion but the super block which scammers have been stolen is more than 3 billion. After block trades browsing and tracking, combined with transaction time and some POC investors trading record, 0.2-0.3 billion POC may have entered the trading market. These coins will be accounted as the investor's legitimate income after specific legal record oftransaction and recognition. So we expect 1.3-1.4 billion POC will be exchanged into SAK. The total number of SAK pre-mined is 50 million and after POC-SAK exchange, the remaining SAK will be sold and the income will be used for construction and operation of website which would expose fraud coins information.

We will announce wallet address of pre-mined coins for checking and supervision.
