Because STV is on bittrex and it's a weed coin.

A working coin is a working coin. A dev doesn't matter. If the code is solid and working, it will last forever without a dev.

If you look at CANN, the source code for that wallet hasn't changed since it switched to x11 months ago. Most coins never change the source code. I wouldn't really called delta9 a "dev", I would call him a visionary. I don't think CANN has a dev. They hire someone to update the code. There definitely isn't anyone test/debugging the CANN code.

This coin is ripe for a dispensary to come along, buy a bunch of coins and peg this coin 1:1. This coin has 11x less coins than CANN which would make it a lot easier to pegg.
