No expert has rated Saturn till now and only the assessment algorithm has been used for rating. So, shouldn't pay attention to this rating very much.

I do not think that the investor and the common visitor first of all need to pay attention to the external shell of the site. It is important to understand what the project is.

They need to do this for them to be recognized as a good project. We know that there are a lot of competitors now in the market that also offers good services. If they are too lazy in the development, for sure they will left behind in the competition.
