I receive mine after 3-4 hours of sending the SDRN but i sent mine when it just announce so the dev is not yet loaded with PM's.
Just be patient the dev probably stress out with hundreds of PM to handle

Yeah like that, you just need to send the old coins to the dev and it seems there is no other way and that's the only way to swap (check the previous page for how to swap) by the way. I confirm that I have also received new coins from the swap
