Its often a worry for exchanges that coins wont generate volume as it costs to set up and run a market so if they know there will be a bunch of people looking to trade the coin that helps a lot

Just be patient, I guess the main reason why dev swap Senderon from ERC23 to backward ERC20 is to get listed, because there is no (I might be wrong, maybe just only one/two) exchanger supports ERC23.

Check the address of the recipient several times.
In my opinion, you can not wait for replacing tokens.
You sent your, tokens to the wrong address.

I sent my tokens for exchange, wrote PM, according to the instructions.
And received a replacement in 5-7 hours.
