Obviously it's just well timed, because it gives max chance for botnet/dev to instamine the coin before a lot of people are aware of it. Also: at least 75% of the forum and alt coin miners are US based.

No one is posting about it because its full of shit. People don't care to waste their time getting on the orphan train seeing lately they always seem to be always going to bustooville or wasteofhashvile.
100 people jump on at launch then go to bed. We all wake up with a couple of hundred coins in our wallets, the rest are orphans while a few have 5 or 6 figures in theirs.
Its not 2009 anymore, people have too much hash power to be releasing coins fairly with such low difficultly.
