hi

sfr is not dead?  i'm happy if not Smiley

new team or the old team?

SFR did not have a big team before, it was mostly Roshan who did everything with help from the community. I offered him to help with bringing the coin back to exchanges and merchant adoption as I have over 10 years experience in online payments and have a large network of contacts in ecommerce, online games and sports betting. Roshan will still be in charge of the technical side and promotion/adoption in India and Asia, we will probably outsource work to other developers in India under Roshan's supervision.

Please note the above is not set in stone and it's just a verbal agreement between me and Roshan. Kickstarting the project now is dependent on Roshan bringing the website back and me agreeing with exchanges to relist it.

Looking for shmexy coins!
We kept this coin alive so many years. Couldn't just keep it up for this past 6 months could we? We could be pumping right now for sure in these crazy times.... If only we had survived a little longer.

Ah well can't win them all. Good luck trying to get it back up. I am long term travelling the world at the moment and don't have access to my computer or I'd start mining this again if there is actual development happening.

I completely agree with you but it's best to look forward than dwell on the past. Everybody who followed SFR knows that the developer was very skillful. We can't really blame him since he started new projects and took senior roles in some of the biggest companies in this space in India (Unocoin for example).

Digital currencies are now booming and especially in India. This has the chance to become very big again. The first tasks are to provide a working wallet and start securing the network. Once this is done we will get on exchanges. I am already speaking to some of them.

Are you the same Fedmahn Kassad that is on twitter? https://twitter.com/FedKassad I am actually following you. Nice calls recently. I hope you and the developer succeed to resurrect this project.

...if you have some spare hash and nothing interesting to mine, feel free to give SFR a go.
I would, but since it has that stupid anti-x blocks in a row per alg feature, it will not let me. Not being listed on any exchange is bad enough, but when the wallet tells miners to go fek themselves, it's totally pointless.  Undecided

I can put hash on some algo, when we can synchronize. But for now, I can't connect  to any  node.

Dev will provide working wallet and nodes, I believe it is best to wait until he's ready with the site.

Don't know if you need to update to v1.4.2.0 or not, but...

Open the debug window and enter each of the following:
Code:
addnode 178.26.208.109:19717 add
addnode 172.245.56.167:19717 add
addnode 192.210.135.149:19717 add
addnode 5.9.39.9:19717 add
addnode 37.187.88.140:19717 add
addnode 5.196.190.82:19717 add

Note: You will be "2 days behind" because there hasn't been a block since then (and the wallet assumes that there must have been and you're just waiting to be informed of the last 2 days info).
