Im sure probably everyone has seen this page before. Is there anything like this out there for any other algorithms?

@Foss and @rednoW thanks for all the information and help!

I am still running an old AMD driver version 14.6, should I upgrade to 15.7.1 as per NiceHash release notes ?

Not every 7950 can do 1500mhz mem. Mine is Gigabyte rev. 2.0 undervolted with Hynix gddr5. It can only 1100 gpu / 1400 mem

2 24core
I use NiceHashMiner_v1.2.2.0\bin\sgminer-5-1-0-optimized from standard Nicehash download. With all default parameters except bitcoin address and without clock management. I use AMD Catalyst Control Center to manage clocks and fan speed.

But with Xintensity at 1024 you get invalid shares, so lower hashrate on the pool. X 256 or 512 is the highest I can use..
Default was 640. I used this w/o a problem )))

Can you please share your config for the 7950 ?

Also slightly confused about the  kachur miner as NiceHash download os 5.2.1, is there another link ?
https://github.com/nicehash/NiceHashMiner/releases use sgminer-5-1-0-optimized
Code:
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
sgminer.exe --algorithm darkcoin-mod -o stratum+tcp://x11.eu.nicehash.com:3336 -u 1M948TedPdVkbk59TMnYJhtW5BFTXKPfFL -p d=0.04 -d 0 --xintensity 640 -g 1 -w 64 --gpu-memclock 1500 --gpu-engine 1100 -s 0 --expiry 10 --queue 0 --gpu-powertune 10 --keccak-unroll 0 --hamsi-expand-big 4 --gpu-fan 30-95 --temp-cutoff 95 --temp-overheat 90 --temp-target 75 --auto-fan

You should switch to the nicehash miner for a 30% boost. The kuchur bins are doing 6MHASH in the x11 algo(dash) on the 7950
Nope, latest kachur miner (5.1.0 optimized) from nicehash makes 10mh/s x11 on 7950 1100/1400

Hi guys,
I have a closed mining rig with 5 x 7950 hanging like bats and they each get around 4.6 Mh/s mining Dash.
I'm just using an old version of sgminer 4.2.2.. and I'm pulling 800 watts.
Does anyone have any experience of using any new graphics cards as I was thinking of upgrading them ?
Many thanks
Lee

Thanks a million ;-)

With NiceHash I'm getting 5.4Mh/s

And to know that there are probably faster ones out there   Roll Eyes

Fury & 290x

That is high rates. The 980ti is only doing 13MHASH with the opensource kernal.

Guys,
I have tested the new neosrypt kernel provided by Wolf.

It seems this thing flies.  Here is a picture of one of my rigs with 3 x 280X.
If you are able to top this then post your picture.

Is that open source?

Yes, open source by Wolf.
You can find the neoscrypt.cl kernel file in the
...bin\sgminer-5-2-1-general\kernel  subfolder of the recent Nicehash v 1.2.2.0  miner.

With the new sgminer 5.2.1 as just released by NiceHash, I cannot get past 370 kH/s with my 280x's, win 7-64, AMD 15.7.1 drivers and xI=2.  Interestingly, xI=4 and xI=3 is lower.
rawintensity of 5120 causes too many rejections,
What miner are you using to get those results???  Or is there some config line I am missing???
Here is my .conf:

Code:
{
  "pools": [
    {
      "name": "WestHash NeoScrypt",
      "nfactor": "10",
      "algorithm": "neoscrypt",
      "url": "stratum+tcp://neoscrypt.usa.nicehash.com:3341",
      "user": "USER",
      "pass": "PASSWORD",
      "extranonce-subscription": true
    }
  ],
  "api-port": "4028",
  "xintensity": "2",
  "gpu-engine": "1000",
  "gpu-fan": "50-85",
  "gpu-memclock": "1500",
  "gpu-powertune": "0",
  "gpu-vddc": "1.10",
  "worksize": "64",
  "thread-concurrency": "8192",
  "temp-cutoff": "90",
  "temp-overheat": "82",
  "temp-target": "72",
  "auto-fan": true,
  "failover-only": true,
  "gpu-threads": "2",
  "gpu-platform": "0",
  "api-listen": true,
  "api-allow": "W:127.0.0.1/32",
  "gpu-reorder": true
}

p.s. updated

I am on Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit.  AMD Catalyst 14.9  (driver version 14.501)
ls  /var/lib/dkms/fglrx/
14.501.1003  ......

Sgminer options:
--thread-concurrency 8192
--xintensity 3
-g 2
--worksize 64

For me newer drivers and newer versions of the miner gives me lower hash rates.

P.S. I use another machine with Catalyst 14.6 installed to compile the kernel file (.cl) into a bin-file
(neoscryptTahitigw64l8tc8192.bin in this case).
Then I distribute this bin file to the miner machines and use it to mine with.

It indeed flies.

Eliovp also posted a picture of his hashrate.

Maybe you can also use Xintensity 4  Wink
