Does anyone know of a trusted escrow that will handle MED?

for what  Huh

I want to sell some of what I mined years ago.  I'm in the states and there are no exchanges here that deal with MED.  With the development team gone and noone promoting the coin it won't be spreading any time soon I'm afraid.

Thanks again for all your help.  Got a tip address?

There is a English version http://www.btc38.com/trade_en.html you can register with facebook, sell MED withdrawal BTC,.,.,.,what is a problem ?

Also in crypto world - no one know, what will happen tomorrow  Wink

if you have any old ASIC 5-10-15-20-30 Gh,  you can use it for MED mining

start MED bfgminer with option:  --http-port XXXX

and point your miner to ip:port XXXX   ,  you can use any regular miners soft which support your miners, PC will reduce asic speed when reach bottle cap

this is discussed already here long time ago

I haven't any old asic miner unfortunately. Trying with 2 block erupters, I'm having few accepted shares. When I can, I'll use a new hub with supply and any greedseed.

for sure you can earn with BE 333, Antminer u1,2 etc.,., not only for fun  Wink
That means, new hub usb to put all 3 Block erupters at work Cheesy I'll download miner and pool, any advice about those?? Thank you again!

Why just not start with 1 to test ?

Download MEDminer assistant http://medcoin.wixsite.com/medcoin/page3
i suggest you to use second generation miner, point to pool http://med.szbpool.net/ and see what's up

I'm searching for antminer u1 in Italy, but no one has. I'm trying to use your medminer assistant, you suggest to use cgminer or bfgminer? Thank you again, I'm trying with 1 BE.

I downloaded the blockchain header file you linked to and unzipped it to my wallet's directory and used the server you recommended, however, the file is only 134mb and only 1766015 blocks are shown.

leave it open for a wile, time to time you will see green circle will refresh  ,,, blockchain_headers downloads and must count number show on http://94.156.77.93/ in Electrum

134Mb is because i'm not update zip file on server, but must increase with every Electrum refresh

EDIT:

blockchain_headers.zip file is updated on server
you can try to re download

Thank you.  I downloaded the latest blockchain_headers file but it looks as if Im still 99 blocks behind and the wallet is synchronizing.  Im assuming it won't take long to sync those last 100 blocks.

OK
Electrum->Tools->Network

server: 94.156.77.93  port: 59378 protocol: TCP proxy: none

circle must go green

To work properly Electrum must download blockchain_headers or you will see unverified transactions
When start for first time Electrum start downloading blockchain_headers from servers in ./electrum-med (linux) app data/roaming/electrum (windows)
you must have file blockchain headers ~100Mb
You can speed up process by simply download "blockchain_headers.zip" file from link on top right corner on block explorer http://94.156.77.93 above and extract in your directory

http://94.156.77.93/blockchain_headers.zip
battsali you are the best! Do you think that it's no sense to mine MED with 3 block erupter of 333 Mh/s each? Only for fun, I wont to earn. Thank you again

I updated the QT wallet to the latest version and now I was able to obtain my private key!

The problem now is when I import it into the electrum wallet it says I'm offline and shows no history or balance.  What do I need to do to connect?

Sorry Im such a noob lol

Thank you!!  After synchronizing for a while it said connected and displayed my full balance but soon after it went back to synchronizing and doesn't show my balance.  Is this normal?  Will I still be able to send?

Thanks again!

Electrum->Tools->Network  Blockchain must show block now (for example 1830755)
if not , please read my above post again
in your installation Electrum-MED directory you must have file blockchain_headers ~ 146.5Mb

Doing some reading I see that the wallet needs to be unlocked before you can dumpprivkey.

I enter:

walletpassphrase "password" 600

and get:

Error: RPC server was not started, use server=1 to change this. (code -18)

The wallet doesn't show me the private key.

I get this message when I use dumpprivkey:

dumpprivkey
Reveals the private key corresponding to . (code -1)

If I enter "dumpprivkey " I get this message:

Private key for address
is not known (code -4)

if you have wallet password

walletpassphrase

and then

dumpprivkey
