I had 3 bfgminers running,
1 - with 3 BEs
2 - 2nd gen with proxy running with http-port
3 - BTC bfgminer connected to the 2nd one running 1 Antminer U1

each one of them is taking 20-30% cpu...

So i combined 1 + 2, and 3 is connected to them with proxy, seems like 60% now
still a lot but better

the 0 confirm happened in 2014.01.31,my wallet has enough med to pay tx fee.

The instructions in the OP work just fine.
This is what I have in my bat
bfgminer -o http://ibipot.com:3333 -u userid.workerid -p xxxx -Q 10 -S all  (Q 10 is for the jally otherwise it waits for work sometimes)

cgminer can find BE's but you need http://sourceforge.net/projects/libwdi/files/zadig/ to changer driver to WinUSB. After that cgminer will find BE but bfgminer will not. If you want bfgminer again to find BE's then simply uninstall BE's from device manager and check to uninstall driver also. then unplug them and plug in again for windows to find and install default drivers.

I never could get cgminer to find my BE's.  I use the second gen bfgminer with the built in proxy.

Can someone help me configure cgimner and erupter for this? Had no problems with BEN, TAK or TEA

Not sure, but for comparison's sake I have an i5 at 4ghz and am hashing with a BFL Jally at 6.4gh/s.  My cpu usage is between 15% and 40%.
On another machine I have 3BE's and a Phenom x4 925 running at 3.2ghz and my cpu usage there is about 15% to 30%.

I'm running 3 BE's and AntMiner U1 - total ~3GH,
I have the cheapest i5 cpu - it's running on 80-100%,

Is this normal for such low hashing power?

Did you include tx fee? May be stuck in limbo for a while
