Any word on getting on an exchange?
I am also curious
i also will like to know if there is any exchange site accepting it

please do not disturb our DEVs   Grin Grin Grin

just kidding

Now serious
yesterday i see one new post here and after that immediately was deleted , but question is very reasonable
and I try to quote, because i think everyone here is interested from that
...
Just windering if there is any update on exchange or any games ?
Usually the unique coins are really popular I suspect the problem for MED lack of promoting.
...

I think everyone who mine MED see whats happened last days
nethashrate,pool hashrate,difficulty - we stay on one level and without news, updates, promotions, exchange to attract  more people
we do nothing

Im still having problems with the connection to wzttides Pool with bfgminer...

No blocks or Difficulty....

bfgminer.bat -- bfgminer -o http://localhost:8080 -u Pool worker -p  Pool Pass -S all --verbose --submit-stale

Stratum Proxy.bat -- mining_proxy -o ibipot.com -p 3333 -gp 8082 -oh 127.0.0.1 -gp 8082 -sh 127.0.0.1 -sp 3334 -nm -rt

mcproxy3.bat -- "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -jar mcproxy3.jar -s 127.0.0.1  -p 8082 -l 8080 -m4

What am I doing wrong?

I personally can not confirm, but college here, told me that he had same problems width bfgminer, when he switched to cgminer+mcproxy3+startum-mining.exe all his 4 erupters started working correctly (he has some sort of single core cpu).

Yess...it works... Grin Thanks Guys.

Looks like my Joy was premature...I was running the wrong version of bfgminer, the latest with the built in Proxy... Sad
 The v1 bfgminer won't start. The stratum Proxy and the mcproxy.jar3 seem to be connecting.
Do I need to build a conf. file in bfgminer?

I would use mcproxy3 but cgminer doesn't recognize my bfl jally.  Any suggestions?

you need proper driver for butterflylabs sha256 usb device.. I do not remember correctly, but Install drivers from BFL support page, and try, if that does not help, use zadig to change driver to WinUSB one of those combinations should work.
To use bfl on cfgminer u must install WINUSB driver and remove old FTDI driver.
u can use ZADIG to change driver on the fly:

EDIT: if you still can't get it to work, I can ask my college tomorrow, what drivers he uses.

I have no idea if I did it right but it works

stratum proxy

mining_proxy.exe -o ibipot.com -p 3333 -sh ibipot.com -sp 3334 -oh localhost -gp 8082 -v

mcproxy

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -d64 -jar "C:\users\user\Desktop\dist\mcproxy3.jar" -p 8082 -s localhost -m 5

bfgminer

bfgminer -o http://localhost:8080 -u USER -p PASSWORD --http-port 8331 -Q 0

Add  -nm -rt to mining proxy for DIFF1 sharing.

If someone want to try to directly connect mcproxy without STRATUMPROXY, try GETWORK server on my testing pool:

bfgminer(med) with mcproxy3 is not working at all.  What am I doing wrong here?

bfgminer.conf
Code:
{
"pools" : [
{
"url" : "http://localhost:8080",
"user" : "pool_username.worker_name",
"pass" : "pool_password",
"pool-priority" : "0"

}
]

mcproxy3 call
Code:
"e:\Program Files\java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -jar mcproxy3.jar -s ibipot.com -p 3333 -l 8080 -m 4

bfgminer returns: No servers could be used! Exiting.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

Cool thanks, this has been giving me fits all day trying to connect it to wzttides Pool. There is always a prob. with the proxy.jar. I think because I've been trying to start it in -server mode.
