You should be doing better than that. What miner are you using? The skunkhash algorithm is new and miners seem to be improving constantly at least for now.

So ccminer works way higher than sgminer? This algo is nvidia friendly than amd, isn't it? Sgminer doesn't give even half of it.I get 55mhs@1080ti with ccminer2.2.

sgminer is at 19.5MH/s on each RX580, its not so bad i think, i read that prospector miner is better
I was very early on this but did not get how to get it work on amd gpus
have you tried new amd beta drivers specific for mining, i saw some good feedback with Vega but note sure for RC 5XX or RX 4XX series?
Just updated and now is getting +0.5MH/s with amd blockchain drivers
