Dude, dont be so difficult, check that workaround.
Fully Sync using latest deamon, open in GUI. Close the Deamon. Send 10 Sikka using GUI and use 1 Sikka as Fee. Receiving wallet should show transaction coming if you open parallelly in CLI.
Then close the GUI. Open the Deamon again to sync, wait for 2-3 blocks and then open GUI, you will see transaction confirmed.

Inline to workaround above if you launch the Deamon i.e. StartCoin batch file, and sync then open GUI while Deamon CLI running alongside. GUI wallet should work perfectly find and sync as well, because daemon will sync and wallet reads same blockchain folder.

I think this is sufficiently decent workaround till Wallet Dev compile again with the latest code, he is busy but we are in touch.
Also, waiting for Forknote Dev also to fix simplewallet issues on windows.

Hello dev, first thanks for your help, i already sent successful almost coins to new wallet but 1 transaction stucked with 0 confirm although it sent early than some transactions, now other transactions confirmed but it still unconfirm, I must to wait or do something? Thanks!

Hello, where I can find the link download old simplewallet, i deleted them when downloaded new CLI, now cannot find the old one. Sad

I'm not the developer or have any affiliation what so ever but this has fixed most of the problems people are having after the move, your case is different so its a different problem period.
