Not exactly true, Poloniex does add projects that did not launch yet, example Synereo/amp , as for collecting cheaper sngls sub ico price, means punishing early investors, not a good start.

The only bounty is the signature campaign bounty and that is 100,000 SNGLS distributed to 39 participants, If all them dumps its at the same time, even then, i don't expect it to make any serious change in the price.

BTW when are the signature campaign participants going to get their share? Any official announcements?

I don't think it was a retarded whale. This ICO was not really promoted by Singular, yet they sold out 7.5 million dollars worth in 15 minutes. Those investor must be from the outside, very little knowledge on crypto. One of them probably fucked up using the exchange for the first time.
