They are not doing anything against the TOS for twitter. I have developed my own apps on twitter since 2009... Nothing to see here. Xbot is great, solid concept and very unique implementation on twitter. Kudos to this team...I'm on board for a ride.

Twitter is in limited testing of its own payment platform.
