My suggestion more detailed description in the OP of why this is special compared to other ETH clones? Why is there no github link and/or open source code? Who's the devs and/or team of people supporting this? Just too many questions to ask without any clarification.

What will I be able to use this for that I couldn't just use a pre-existing network for? As a developer, what sets you apat that I would want to devote any time to your project?

This seems to be a dev with some ability. The windows build works easy as pie 3 click mining no premine either. Please set a time and day will be there.
