nah, I regret. Regret that I believed in SOIL.
Seems like there is no project manager -> nobody from DevTeam is trying to show that they know HOW to build brand recognition. responsibility, how to communicate with users.
Just long-stories about great initiative which needs huge amount of work. Where is this huge work? Even from yesterday, no activity, no support, no answer. Looks like they left behind. No hope, abandon your good faith.
It is sad !!!
yesterday was sunday, and sometimes a family day is necessary. the work ive been doing, writing different retailers and introducing them to the concept of SOIL and its attendant blockchain. this is what ill keep doing. a mere 24 hours of noncommunication doesnt make an abandonment.
it took us a week to get listed on teh exchanges, and people started to dump as quick as they could, which is their right, a good 40% of minted soul has been dumped on the market, and ive actually been buying it up as i can. we're working on porting SOIL towards an android wallet, along with something similar to "ethereum stats" on android.
im saddened that so many, so quickly, lost faith in SOIL. certainly mining needs to be profitable, but i cant control the market or what someone is willing to pay or sell for SOIL. i cant control the impatience of those that need instant gratificatoin. the mining and block verification apparatus is the engine that drives the system, and i'll continue mining it irregardless. i still believe in the project and hope that those that have lost any faith in it go on to make money in whatever new coin they find to work on. i still have a plan with SOIL, and will continue to follow it. andi hope that when we do make those steps forward towards what is envisioned, those that have walked away will return.
a strong cryptocurrency takes time to build. sadly, many in the community expect new shiny features every day and BIG NEWS! every other day. ive stated what we want to do with this currency, what sort of service we can build, and will continue working towards that. it takes a lot of futuristic thinking to truly envision what a platform such as SOIL is capable of, commercially speaking, so if we're ahead of our time with what we envision, we'll still be here working when the rest of cryptocurrency catches up with us.
