What healthcare industry really wants from blockchain is clinical health data exchange. Unfortunately this project is all about administration.

While it is easy to understand the need for clinical data sharing, the root causes for high healthcare costs, massive fraud and waste and consumer dissatisfaction are much more complex.

To achieve better care results, lower costs and empower the consumer, we must address all three types of information and actions - administrative, financial and clinical. Our healthcare platform uses Blockchain in a very innovative way to address clinical, administrative and financial functions.

Finally, clinical record management is the most regulated part of healthcare which will be a real challenge to adoption and compliance. Our solution has a much better approach to adoption because it incentivizes all stakeholders with tangible return on investment. We create real value for clients, consumers and community.

So yes, we are much more than putting healthcare records on Blockchain with a vague plan for adoption and a simplistic hope for better healthcare.

Where your company is coming from?

70% of our 50+ person team is located in Kiev Ukraine and the rest is located in US and Tallinn Estonia.

Pradeep Goel, CEO of the company is also from the US.

You did say that a part of your team is based in Estonia, why did you incorporate in Estonia?

A digitally advanced government, favorable corporate tax climate, part of EU, lower costs that many other EU countries, strong corporate law, stable banking system were the key   factors during selection.

What is so revolutional about your approach? Understand my skepticism correctly, everyone claims to be revolutionary, transparent and cost effective, but the reality is not so bright. Can you explain to me things without your loud biased words?

Solve.Care platform can improve health outcomes through effective care coordination while empowering the consumer to effectively manage their healthcare decisions.
Solve.Care platform replaces duplicative systems and automates complex processes to reduce billions of dollars in annual costs. It represents an innovative new approach to fight fraud, waste and abuse and brings transparency and accountability to healthcare administration.

In other words, it will help for all parties in Healthcare system who uses our platform.

Individuals and families  will have access and control over all their information and actions in a simple and understandable manner. They can make appointments with a touch, share records with a swipe, compare prices, utilize all available discounts, manage prescriptions and interactions, view personalized care information, coordinate care among providers, make accurate payments and manage their benefits without getting a PhD in healthcare finance.

Doctors and care providers can reduce administrative burden, reduce liability and risk while delivering better care outcomes and actually focus on delivering care. They can easily publish their schedule, verify coverage and deductible, access appropriate and accurate records, handle consents, issue prescriptions and coordinate with specialists, labs and therapists. All without owning complex systems and spending hours on the phone with insurance companies.

Employers  can now offer more robust benefit packages at a cost that is affordable. Using Solve.Care they can build own care administration network to rewards employees for healthy life styles, implement cost sharing models that encourage the right behavior, and administer benefits at a lower cost and without the need for expensive systems.

Insurers can bend the cost curve via accountability, transparency, consumer engagement and elimination of waste. Insurers will benefit greatly from using Solve.Care platform to connect all stakeholders into care administration networks. Insurers can achieve incredible care coordination in real time, personalized preventative care and chronic disease treatment, automate and simplify case management. And dramatically improve provider relations and satisfaction from accurate and timely payments.

Developers and services providers, can change the world through innovative care cards, save the life of a child and get paid for their innovations. Care.Marketplace allows domain experts to package their knowledge and expertise into care cards and make them as relevant to a diabetic patient in India as in Indiana. The possibilities for innovation, revenue generation and positive social impact are limitless.

Government agencies will be able to finally gain control over administrative and IT costs, by replacing rigid, expensive system silos with flexible, transactional care administration network. Agencies can finally keep pace with changing policy via easily modifiable contracts and highly configurable relationships. Government agencies can focus on their core task of serving the needs of their population instead being forced in to the business of managing IT vendors and
systems.

Administrators and brokers
The platform will be able to automate and eliminate repetitive tasks with intelligent care cards for better experience for everyone. Market participants can build and operate their own care networks for employers and employees, offer incredible self-service capability, integrate cutting edge benefits, personalize information for every citizen/employee and reduce cost of call centers, processes and centralized systems.

And the whole platform is an application in your gadget, which you have an ability to use everywhere and in any time.

Okay, I don't say that the idea of the project is bad. What I don't quite get is how is it possible to make changes in such a bureaucratic system. And what is Care.Protocol? You have a lot of Care.Something names. It's hard to determine one from another

3rd party model of administering benefits is very complex to manage and very expensive because of centralized systems and information silos, poor coordination and lack of integration, disintermediation of the consumer. Solve.Care platform is designed to replace centralized systems and duplicative administrative processes with a decentralized and synchronized model of administration that is highly efficient and effective for patients, care providers and administrators alike.

Our project is very massive and of course, for the first view it has a lot of unknown words and definitions.
But every definition is very clear and logical.

Care.Protocol connects and synchronizes wallets, cards and coins between stakeholders, to coordinate care and automate transactions in a revolutionary new approach.

Why would hospitals want to work with you? They seem pretty OK where they are now. How are you going to convince them that you are better than what they already have. I'm not sure that they even understand what is blockchain.

We do not provide a blockhain, we provide the whole platform for decentralization of healthcare and benefits administration. It's a new model of care coordination which is based on Blockchain. Current model requires considerable manual effort from all parties, starting with patients and extends to doctors, eligibility workers, case managers, billing agents, reviewers, auditors and many more. A consumer needs a Ph.D. in healthcare finance to figure out the process and many with an actual Ph.D. cannot. This approach needs to change.

Hospitals and other parties don't have to understand what blockchain is. They have to understand how a platform is useful and how easy each party of the platform can use it. Our platform addresses the core need of coordinating all parties and communicating all relevant events and circumstances by using a decentralized approach that delivers all relevant information and conditions to the right party exactly when needed.

Hospitals are the clients of our platform. They can administer any healthcare program using Care.Protocol. They can define relationships between stakeholders. With the use of Care.Protocol all clinical, administrative, financial records that are generated during the process of healthcare are generated more efficiently.
Medical institutions keep their clinical records in the systems called EHR (Electronic Health Record) and EMR (Electronic Medical Record). The content gets into the systems in nearly 30 days. With the help of our architecture, it will be fetched in minutes. You can choose either way.

We will also develop a medical community, whose members are physicians, pharmacists, researchers, specialists, who understand how to deliver care. They can publish clinical cards using the marketplace that will improve the health of all Care.Wallet holders. The card adapts to every client. It is designed to behave differently to different wallets because it depends on who the wallet holder is.

Hi there, looks that the CEO of solve.care Pradeep Goel  catastroficaly failed with two privious companies. I research for their achivments in the past. You can make your own research for Engagepoint Inc. and Consumer health technologies. The Glassdoor as poor as it awher possible for both of them. You talk about Estonia but looks that noone from your team located there. I found the list of positions and all of them are from Ukraine Kiev.  The CEO is running their first blockchain project ever.

After deeper research I found litigation for Engagepoint.

The question is next. Why you need the ICO? IBM, Oracle, Deloitte are also busy with wary similar solutions but without ICO and with much better positions.
