Hi all. Sorry for my noob question but I never create a master node and I don't know it's rules... Can I create a masternode on an external rental server? ( internet speed in my city is slow... Optical fiber is not arrived here yet) And also, is it difficult?
If I have only Sonm tokens on wallet and dont want sell my PC power I receive any income ? or nothing only $ is from rise price ?
Sorry for ask but long time dont read about it. And Sonm token have any use ? I saw few projects which price drop because tokens no have real use more than payment for using platform.

With these recent announcements it is clear things are entering in serious phase. This current quarter of the year will be producing interesting updates and updates although SONM team was doing more than satisfactory leveled efforts to be first mover. I read that static IP option which sounds good opportunity to have some income.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN RLC IS GOING TO HAVE ITS OWN BLOCKCHAIN DIFFERENT FROM ETHEREUM? (I AM TALKING ABOUT MAINNETS'S RELEASE)
WILL I NEED TO SWAP RLC COINS, OTHERWISE I WILL LOSE THEM?

We do not plan to leave the Ethereum network. We use own plasma-like SIDEchain WITH Ethereum mainnet. Our tokens, SNM, will still be on the Ethereum network!
So to offer resources through SONM network you need a seperate PC?

Hello!
You can use the PC on which you work, if some of the resources are idle. Our software can be run in Linux, Windows and Mac. Read more documentation here. As for a full-fledged PC - to perform any task most fully, you need the same - full-fledged hardware. The better the equipment, the better (or faster) it performs the task. But SONM does not have strict conditions that restrict the level of equipment to only a high-end level. By the way, at the moment we already have a real task that can be started relatively old PCs and which brings revenue in SNM tokens. Read more here and here. Join!

Have few questions, one of them is, Golem and Substratum a direct competitor for SONM?
The question is as old as the project. I must have lost the link to the article that compares the project because it has been answered severally and sonm has always shown an advantage over its competitors.

I think many investors are wait until sonm will launch the main network.

sometimes i have doubts if this is really true. all the development, all the news. but trading volume ist still so low. $1,297,990 USD last 24h.

awareness doesn't mean anything when the product is unfinished. They're doing the smartest thing any business can do, which is underpromise and overdeliver. In this market, most businesses do the opposite. Sonm will prove this july that they're a massive sleeping giant, probably rising up to the 1 billion dollar marketcap before august. After august, i predict a sell off, causing prices to drop back at least 30%, but I'm fairly confident we'll end this year over 2 billion in total cap, with each coin being worth well over 5$.
They way I determine how much companies can be worth, is estimating how much money they can save other companies. Sonm can save the cryptomarket billions a year in mining costs and data processing. Imagine how much they can save universities, research centers, data centers, rendering companies (gaming, video, cloud), ... It's up to the hundreds of billions. I'm fairly certain they can make up a few percent of that market.
sonm project needs only work and alot of work.
right now its market cap is 57 million $ bit i think soon its gonna bigger then that
i think 24vol is also good on above 1 million $
and i am pretty sure that in the end of 2018 price of per sonm token will be more then 1$ hopfully
