I think Nobody will sell this coin as you said because this Pre-ICO fund is collected from SONM partners not individual funds.
They must commit to keep SONM tokens for a long time period so it's not possibly easy to sell as ICO sales.

I would rather agree with the burning of unsold coins, to keep the price of SONM coins
Thus between developers and investors no one is in disadvantage

Maybe they follow the Chronobank concept. The number of tokens issued in the adjusted to the total funds collected
But I think all tokens will be sold out I'm very sure of that even when the ICO is not over

ICO date has been postponed to 15th June due to some legal issues (we were thinking of creating a foundation company in Switzerland, but now want to switch to Singapore just like Ethereum Foundation did some legal issues). Wink

Yes it's better to delay ICO before all is ready, of course we do not want any problems in the future
About 18 days of ICO will begin I hope you do not miss this one
