Your acts and especially Sergei were pure sabotage causing 2 months delay in progress of all aspects of project sonm.io leaded by Andrey Voronkov

Sabotage for 2 months his dreamed project and then blaming for all CEO and kidnapping his project when he knows that your team (Alexey Antonov & Sergey Ponomarev from Federal Finance ff.ru )
can destroy one more his basic project DrugDiscovery[at]home or more in his life is not something which diligent employee would do for CEO and is not which people call commitment to work and duty.

I was asked by the developers of SONM to provide an Escrow address that is used to collect the funds for the ICO of SONM.

The escrow address should not be used as a direct deposit address. You will use the preICO Ethereum smart contract provided by the issuer. SONM preICO smart contract automatically and instantly issues SNM tokens at the rate 606 SNM preICO tokens per 1 ETH. 1 preICO token migrate to 2 SNM tokens by the migrate function in the SONM ICO Ethereum smart contract after start of main SONM ICO crowdfunding ( approximate date - 25/05/2017).

Funds collected on the preICO smart contract address will be withdrawn to the escrow ETH address every day. Safety from Escrow

After the preICO ended we will wait 3 days to see if problems arise, then I will release the ETH to the issuer.

The contract used for investments only allows forwarding of the coins to the escrow address. No other target is possible.

Developer will show their identities and can prove them.

Invested coins will be forwarded daily to the escrow address and can only forwarded to the escrow address.

For the success of the ICO there will be no minimum amount needed. For individual investment transactions a minimum of 0.5 ETH. Deposits below that will be considered a donation.

The team will hold a public video interview through coin interview. Also there will be an interview to the ICO portal ICOtracker.

Please note that the safety I can provide only reaches up to the point where I released the ETH to the issuer.

Investor Verification

This is important in case of refunds have to happen and you want your investment back. Please note that refunds are bound to a fee because of the immense amount of work a refund means for an escrow.

There are two ways to verify your investment which is important when, for some reason, the investment has to be refunded back to investors.

First way (Does not work with exchanges. Can't be changed anymore when you sent your investment already.):

Try to not send from an exchange. Only send ETH from an address you can sign a private message from or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since in case of REFUND you can't proof that you sent ether. This is the case when you, for example, sent the ether directly from an Exchange. In that case it would be better to send the coins to your own wallet first and then from there to the escrow address. Your own wallet where you can sign messages with.

Second way (Works with exchanges. Can't be changed anymore when you sent your investment already.):

Another alternative to proof your ownership of a payment would be to send me the last 4 numbers of your user id as last digits in your transaction.

Move your mouse over my username, see my profile id is 18640. You can see yours when you are in your profile and hover the mouse over the links on the left menu. Something like u=18640 in the links show your User-ID. The last 4 digits are 8640 for my username. When you add the 4 last digits of your userid as satoshies to your payment then it is pretty sure it's your payment too.

For example you want to send 20 ETH and your profile id would be 18640 then you send 20.00008640 ETH.

Refunds possible?

Refunds can only be done in case the issuer agrees or there are reasons to stop the ICO by the escrow, because there came up doubts that make the ICO too insecure to proceed.

As long as you did not verify your investment transaction in some way I will see your investment as unverified. Otherwise it could mean a random person could claim an investment as his investment and steal it from the real investor. You wouldn't want this to happen with your investment also.

Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. Either by signing a message from the sending ETH address or by your investment amount matching your forum user id. See description about verification above.

If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for the (potential real) owner of that investment and for me. You would want that I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right?

Refundfee

Since the huge amount of work coming from refunding many individual investors, having to have a conversation with each of them and so on, I had to establish a fee for refunding.

The fee structure is meant per investor, regardless of how many investments happened by that investor, and looks like this:

Minimum fee of 0.3 ETH or the fee structure, whatever is higher:

>=$500,001 = 0,5%
$500,000 - $50,001 = 1%
$50,000 - $10,001 = 2%
$10,000 - $1,001 = 3%
$1,000 - $101 => 5%
<=$100 => 10%

The preICO +100% bonus is the for project early adopters.
PreICO will have not so big max funding cap = 10 000 ETH = 6 060 000 preICO tokens = 12 120 000 SNM tokens after the migration.
Only about 6,8% of total SNM tokens sold on the crowdfunding (177 880 000 SNM) will be distributed on the preICO, so the total amount of preICO bonus tokens is not very big and won't affect the SNM tokens market rate.

PreICO main goal is to hire the new SONM team members, pay advisers for their work, pay for security audits, marketing, etc.

Alexey Antonov and Federal Finance (including me) are the independent team responsible for the SONM preICO and ICO organization, marketing and PR.
Federal Finance has nothing to do with the SONM project ownership.


And also, ex SONM team members claims has nothing to do with kidnapping - DrugDiscovery@home BOINC developers and administrators (which are not the members of the SONM team any more) are not the SONM founders.

SONM project founders are Sergey Ponomarev and Andrey Voronkov, and they have come to the agreement, and according to this agreement DrugDiscovery@home administrators are not the members of the SONM development team.

SONM.IO as a project is burned totally. Sergei as developer and Alexei as marketer or rather call them burners team. UNPROFESSIONAL.

"Work with us and they will kidnap your work, team members, money and ideas." = > that should be new company motto on ff.ru site
About sonm.io itself -> Definitely project where money and work of old team members put in project are basically unclear can have problems to generate profits.
So sonm.io as invest if getting any funds will end up in courts and constant accusations. In such conditions investors can forget about profits or annual return rates, they will be lucky if they funds will not be frozen for 3 to 5 years of court sessions and accusations.

Answering the questions:



At the moment all the developers are Russian, but currently SONM team is hiring international team members: dev-ops, advisers, security experts, community managers, etc.
(That's one of the main reasons to run the preICO and ICO - to hire the new SONM team members.)


Some of the ex team members were from Poland, but they left the SONM team.
