Innovating the Game Economy with BitCrystals

BitCrystals (BCY) are tradable Counterparty assets which act as the game-fuel and premium currency in EverdreamSoft’s free-to-play
mobile game Spells of Genesis (SoG). BitCrystals can be traded on the blockchain or used to purchase blockchain-based cards, playable
within Spells of Genesis.

Our Vision

We believe players should have full ownership of their game items. Once you acquire a game asset, you should be free to own and transfer
it. Unlike in other games, you should be able to keep your assets outside the game database and be completely independent of it.
Once you own a game item, you can play it in Spells of Genesis, trade it on the blockchain or even find alternative uses for it in other games.

Our goal is to build an innovative in-game economy while developing the whole game and background story, cryptocurrency will be used
as an in-game means of exchange. Counterparty tokens will be assigned to cards in SoG which means you can trade cards freely within and
outside the game app.

Players will own their game items and cards not only in the game world but also on the blockchain. Other functions on Counterparty such
as the lock feature will also give players the possibility to lock a specific amount of rare cards in a public and transparent manner.

New Way of Crowdfunding

BitCrystals were first put on sale in summer 2015 during our BitCrystals Token Sale. By purchasing BCY, people became backers of the SoG
project. This means they got rewarded with the game’s premium currency while funding its development. The value of BitCrystals is linked to
SoG’s popularity.

Since the BitCrystals supply is limited, the game assets that one BCY will unlock will vary according to the demand of the game asset.

For example, let’s say we create a special card called the Black Dragon which will be sold for BitCrystals. We’re going to sell part of our
BitCrystals reserve for players who want to acquire it. Since we only hold 15’000’000 BitCrystals – if there are only 15 players who play the
game, we will probably sell the Black Dragon for 1’000’000 BitCrystals per piece. However, if there are 15’000’000 million players who want
1 dragon, then to cover the demand we will sell the dragon for 1 BitCrystals. This way the player who purchased BitCrystals during the token
sale will be able to get many more Black Dragon cards according to the number of BitCrystals he holds.

BitCrystals Supply And Distribution

BitCrystals were issued in a limited supply of 100 000 000 units.  30% of the initial supply were kept by EverdreamSoft for marketing and
development purposes, 70% of the total supply was offered for sale during the BitCrystals Token Sale. The BitCrystals Token Sale started on
August 4th, it ended on September 3rd, 2015.

After the end of the BitCrystals Token Sale, all the unsold BCY were burnt. Some BitCrystals were sold to early investors prior to the Token Sale.
The proceeds from the BitCrystals Token Sale were used to fund the development of the game.

At the end of each month, 50% of the cards sale income in BCY are burnt and EverdreamSoft publishes a detailed report indicating their BCY
incomes as well as the amount to burn. The amount of BCY is then sent at this burn address: 1BURNSogXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXW3ny2Y.

The total supply of BCY is constantly decreasing thus its value keeps increasing.
