No, it's done this way because it takes time unfortunately I think the team would love to give everyone their BCY as soon as possible but as Yodark mentioned above:

Also consider that people may have used promo codes so they have to calculate exactly how much each contributor should receive.
And using Counterwallet to make over 400 payouts takes a long time.

So this mean the distribution is still ongoing for player level since there is more player level than partner level and we are taking care of each backer one by one giving them their personal rewards.

It's clear now, thanks very much, so it's distributing not distributed.
