Regarding GB shipping:
Got a somewhat cryptic email from Spond that items are being shipped by OTHER (??) at 3am Dec 25.
Did not get anything since then (36 hr), no AWB, nothing else.
Does SPTech actually ship on Thu, Fri? I understand that on Thu DHL/FEDEX were probably closed, but today?
It's the weekend here, please contact support@ and Katya will reply on Sunday.

'The right to privacy matters'
My SP20 went non-responding yesterday after I added a couple of pools. The web admin GUI never came back after submitting the change, and I could not ssh into the device. It responded to pings, but that was it.

I power cycled the unit and attempted further edits to the pool list. It seemed to work for a little while, then the SP20 hung again.

Operating on a guess that maybe I had specified too many pools, I rebooted again so that I could remove some. Once I saw pings responding, I quickly fired up the web admin GUI and stopped the miner. This allowed me to get back to the pool list and remove a few. Since doing that, the SP20 has run reliably again.

Is there a known problem with too many pools? I had 9 pools specified at the time that the machine went non-responding. I know that's a stupid large number of pools, but I've just been moving disused pools to the bottom of the list with the thinking that if I needed them again, I could just change the order.

If the miner craps out after too many pools are defined, then the UI should probably limit the number that you can specify.

Note that this was with the v2.5.52 firmware.

well 9 makes me think that 8 is max.   I have the same problem if I try to run 9 s-3's on mmpool.org   So maybe the coding maxes at 8 .

I don't have 9 sp20's in house but I bet you that 9 on 1 name won't work at mmpool.org

It could be just a coincident event that 8 works and 9 does not. but both miners use cgminer.  maybe there is a limit of 8 pools.

I have experienced similar behavior from some of my SP20s. Only for me, it was if I made a number of additions or changes on the pool page. So for example, if I added a pool and then did a lot of shuffling of the order or added a bunch of pools at once, the system would sometimes hang. My way around it was to enter a pool, hit submit, navigate to the status page, go back to the pool page and make the next adjustment. I noticed that I could safely make two or three changes to pool order before I experienced a problem. Once I started operating like that, I didn't experience the problem again. Firmware has been upgraded a few times since then and I have not tried it under the latest releases.

minersource hosting : i start a new topic 2 months before ( minersource hosting )

whats wrong with you ?

ah i write an mail whats wrong why is not hashing i only recieve a ticket from minersource on 23.12
then a day later unit works no email answer nothing
really bad service from minersource
Please send another ticket, yours wasn't taken down for non payment.

BTW so everyone stops saying why "service was bad", the wrong worker details were provided and no notification till November 14th that it was wrong we as well provided a screen shot of the unit up and running at speed (however the wrong worker details were in).

Again please submit a ticket.

Why are you airing other peoples private and personal information? I know here in Canada it is a crime, you should be more professional.
I never did, I requested a ticket be submitted, and there is nothing personal about not providing the wrong worker details to stop the complaint of why it was down for 13 days.

All the personal information was not provided by me and the order# is not the correct order# from our site. I'm not making another post in regards to this. The only way anything will get resolved is in a ticket.

The correlation you make is like  - you complaining about the saleroom where you bought a car, to the place you put petrol in it.
there is no correlation whatsoever.

Are you fcking retard? Of course there is a correlation if the damn dealership recommend the wrong petrol.

Dumbfck.  stop kissing asses already

If this "car" is advertised here for more than 15 spams tread, then yes, if the car dealer advertises the wrong fuel.

And my grandchildren could not barbie doll  for xmas, They both got me LEGO Friends series Sunshine Ranch 41039
