Personally I can understand that sometimes things can fall short with new technology etc and I have NO problem with that, the problem I have is that they didn't FULLY compensate us for their short coming and that is NOT fair, we are losing a lot still, even with their current compensation plan of $/GH value.

If you wanted to make up for this Spondoolies and (We really hope you do) you would fix the hosting costs for the affected people and perhaps as a "Sorry" for all the issues you cost Us, offer us a one time first buy/first shipment of one of your future products that we may want to get since we lost mining time (a lot of mining time).

Is there a hardware ID or other identifier (other than a order number) that would identify a machine.
Is this information being transmitted to the owner upon order fulfillment?
The reason-in a hosting environment, with many machines coming and going, mistakes could be made.
How can we ensure that a particular miner is mine and not someone else's?
I know that this is not your problem, but S3 all look the same and if there was such an ID, I don't know where to look (in case of S3)

At first, no one trusted them.  Then, they laid on the very heavy assurances: "Seriously, we know what we are doing", "we will deliver", et cetera.  So then, everyone trusted them and sent a shitload of money.  They said they weren't like the other guys.

Now, they fail to deliver.  Deliver a very inferior version which costs more to operate.  Don't tell anyone about the compensation details.  Don't answer emails.  Don't inform as to the state of manufacturing progress.  Lies, silence, and bullshit.  

They are now just like KnC.  

Why the fuck should they care?  They already got your $$$.  "We are not like the other guys" is just bullcrap to win your trust.  They are exactly like the other guys.  

They said they'd be sending out massive amounts of GroupBuy at the end of this week.  Nothing.

As you know I have purchased 20 x SP30 devices with hosting expecting 6TH each for a total of 120TH while incurring on going hosting expenses for 20 devices ($24,000 every 3 months). So what this means my initial calculation is that I will make about USD 135,000 - hosting for 3 months for 20 devices ($24,000) = $111,000 return in 3 months.

Now because of your mistake I have to get 25 x SP30 with hosting each at the lower 4.5TH for a total of 112.50TH. And this calculation comes to USD 126,000 - hosting for 25 devices for 3 months ($30,000) = $96,000 in 3 months.

So basically you have compensated for the $/GH value and that's good thanks, but what about the extra $30,000 - $24,000 = $6,000 that I lost in hosting expenses and am going to continue losing every 3 months?

If you really wanted to deliver on your promise and keep your customers happy you would also adjust the cost of hosting for those customers that were affected because it's not our fault that you didn't do your job and delivered what you promised and we shouldn't have to incur that added hosting cost of which we always have to pay more from the time it starts until the time the machines go to the bins. That's an added expense of $6000 every 3 months for me!

We are not asking for something for free here, some of us have invested everything we have into this and that's a BIG risk and we TRUSTED you and your company only to be BETRAYED the way we did.

I suggest you re-evaluate your hosting costs for us customers that were affected and reduce the cost accordingly.

I intend to have you as my sole providers and my mining machines will keep growing with you, but if I see that I'm getting screwed like this then I can't accept that, this is simply unacceptable.

Also I suggest you maintain a public record of what order you have shipped/delivered so far on your Website so that we who are waiting can at least have an idea on how long we have to wait, because when we ask you you don't have an ETA and sometimes we don't even get a response to our emails. If you do this then the amount of emails that will be sent to you will reduce by a lot so it's a good idea to implement this.

Let us know what you are going to do about the hosting expense that we incurred because of your short coming as mentioned above.

Doesn't answer my question at all. Why is BE200 "inferior" despite being half the cost and equally efficient?

And what do you mean they weren't able to sell in china? How much PH do you think AM sold?

AM wasn't able to sell their inferior gen3 in China, this is why they reverted to self-mining and selling miners again.

Regarding RockerBox, take into account that TSMC lead time is over 3 months and beside small number of samples, we don't have stock.

MBP currently has 10P worth of gen1 and claim that their next gen (0.5w/gh at the wall) is almost complete.

I don't see bitfury building many more datacenters. They can easily double their hashrate when their next gen is ready.


Is this your guess or do you have a source? I don't know why anyone would buy/produce a1 miners when the chips are twice as expensive as BE200.

Is there a specific email you use for technical requests? I sent a general email awhile ago about getting information on doing a RockerBox design, but I have yet to hear anything back.

Regarding the later, from the amount of ASICs requests we're getting from China, it seems that CoinCraft A1 is towards the end of it's life.

Oh shit!  Another full week come and gone - no new miners shipped.  WTF?  Spondoolies is now just like KnC.  

Vague answers, no information, no shipments, constant excuses, blame on upstream providers.  I now seriously doubt they will ever get to the bottom of their SP30 deal.  As they are very thinly financed with a HUGE liability dragging them down, I'd say they are on the fast road to bankruptcy.  The others at least floated their mistakes with the coins they were mining.  But since SPTech doesn't even do that, they've got nothing remaining in their accounts.  That and they owe: 'compensation'.  I just don't see this company pulling it off.  They will soon announce the doors closing and you will be surprised that you read about it first from the one and only famed RawDog!!
