The ponzinode plan for spreadcoin is to not require a VPS but to be able to run them on a regular computer.  So no cost other than an internet connection.

Here we go again, 'Masternodes are not only now even easier to set up, they're even cheaper to run and even MOAR profitable! Count me out!'

Regardless, I expect people running MNs on their Win laptops and their domestic connections are not going to be earning as much as those using a more stable, reliable and better connected VPS.

Because I am a filthy capitalist though, I hope everyone else tries this at home, because then my (wholly self created) warbots will have an easier time outcompeting them.  Cheesy

It doesn't matter how many spreadcoins you can make with a masternode if the coin has no value because it has no use.  That's what spreadcoin is.  A coin with no use other than to make coins for those running the ponzinodes.  All you did here was replicate darkcoin hoping you could pump it to ridiculous levels like you did darkcoin.  Now that you've pumped darkcoin out you've moved on to this coin to try and repeat that pump and dump.  In fact, I suspect that you were involved with the launch of this coin and that this was planned from the beginning.

Nothing changes.  The rich get richer and the poor get screwed.  It's a fact of life and spreadcoin is no different.

Ahaha, maybe you should go earn some money instead of wanting everything handed to you on a plate you lazy oaf? Or emigrate to one of those socialist utopias like Venezuela... just bring plenty of your own toilet paper.  Cheesy

Coffee and suger too if you fancy a brew, that is!  Cheesy

And some cooking oil if you plan on cooking something.  Cheesy

Ive been so out of touch regarding GPU mining forgive me, but this coin caught my eye.

Save having to read through 200 plus pages of posts, is this worth firing up my GPU farm?  I had shut it down when we launched our ASIC farm, but recently had an additional large chunk of AC allotted to me for 3+ months.

Running 60 280x Cards and 20 270x cards... Not sure of the exact math but with W0lfs miner which he posted on Reddit I think Id be approaching 500 Mhash.

Thoughts?

I ask because turning the rigs backs on means updating all the SGMiners, W0lfs Binaries, etc. A bit of work.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Strato
For a 500Mh/s farmer,I would recommed you  to buy a copy of optimized gpu miner from wolf0,it will make your 500Mh/s to 750Mh/s+.

Correct me if Im wrong, but arent his Kernals 50+ BTC?

Total props to W0lf for his awesome work, but with only 500 mhash...

I dont see an ROI there, unless the price is far less.

Strato

No, they aren't often - it depends on the kernel. I usually make a deal with some farmers for some BTC up front plus a percentage - it works out pretty well.

I have plenty of money.  I don't even have to work.  That's why I have the time to waste on this shit.

What else you got other than a big bag of spreadcoin?

Exactly, not to mention that ponzinodes are a centralized approach.  They take the "True peer to peer" out of the coin.

Incorrect.

A Masternode is just a wallet (node)  - that's connected in the network exactly like any other wallet (node) - that meets certain criteria and provides additional functionality.
In the long run, this kind of mechanism will keep both the price and nethashrate lower and lower ,bcz spr mn operators get spr without any cost.
The market has already made respond to this mechanism .

Again.

What do you mean SPR MN operators get SPR without any cost?
You forget, a MN operator has to buy the amount of SPR needed to run a stable MN to get teez FrEee SPRz.

Also the cost of VPS and personal time spent maintaining a MN.

Thinking before talking is hard, i know!

Now this is what this coin is all about.  Pure capitalism.  This decentralized coin is nothing more than all the rest with optimized miners available to those that have the btc to purchase them centralizing the hashrate among a few of the wealthier miners.  Don't get me wrong.  I don't blame Wolf0 one bit and in fact I would do the same if I had his coding skills.  But for the rest of these shills to come on here and deny the fact that this is going on is ridiculous.  Keep it up Wolf0 you deserve all the btc you make.

Now that we've cleared that up who wants to claim that mining spreadcoin hasn't been taken over by mining farms using optimized miners?  What?  I can't hear you.

Oh, and where are all you buyers scooping up those cheap coins from "Weak" hands?

You know, I never said that I did that with SPR. Just pointing it out.

Ha ha.  Come on man.  I respect your work and have no problem with it.  I don't even have a problem with your desktop backgrounds.  They're not my style but whatever floats your boat Grin  My problem is with these shills that come on here calling people liars for stating the truth.  We both know you have the skills and used them to optimize this miner.  I just hope you took these clowns for as much btc as you could and mined as much spreadcoin as you could.  I'm just sick of the dishonesty and games these clowns are and have been playing.  They just move from one coin to the next pumping them, making ridiculous claims about future value, adoption, etc...  Sucking the btc out of anyone stupid enough to fall into their trap.  Then once they've bled one coin dry they move on to the next and do it again leaving a bunch of disillusioned and bagholding people in their wake.  I don't blame you for what they do just like I don't blame a gun store when someone buys a gun and shoots someone.  These other's are just scammers.

Sent you a PM.

Here you go all you spreadcoiners!  The chance you've been waiting for!  You too can get your own copy of that optimized miner.  Just PM Wolf0 and make him an offer.  You too can mine with the big boys!  Just pay the price and you can even the playing field.  What's that?  Don't have the btc?  Well too bad for you.  What did you think?  That this was a truly fair and  decentralized coin different from all the rest?  Solo mining only?  What a concept.  Unfortunately, unless you can pay for the optimized miner then you're at a disadvantage.  Such is life.  This is how it works.  It's always the same.  Those with the power stay in power.  You lowly commoners get the scraps as usual.  Just wait until they implement ponzinodes and those with huge wallets start taking away from what mining profits you might be getting.

Nothing changes.  The rich get richer and the poor get screwed.  It's a fact of life and spreadcoin is no different.
