Yes, STK tokens will be used to access the platform and we will charge a nominal fee for this access (a few basis points) very similarly to gas. If STK tokens are used to fund the transaction, we will waive the fees.
While Canadian and U.S. citizens are not eligible to participate in the Token Generation Event, they will be among the first to use the product. More details on our rationale behind this can be found here:

In near future there will be an app that will offer instant paying with your cellphone using crypto. Will that be you I dont know (I hope tho), but community needs that ASAP

What's the state of the ICO? Has it been able to raise enough for the soft cap. I just can't imagine how some good project are struggling and some u never thought could even see the market raise fund in hours. Time will tell and people will change.
