The main problem was that those who wanted to do that crowdsale bought Mastercoin because it was valued over Bitcoin, and then the crowdsale ended in 5 hours. This left a bunch of people with Mastercoin when they really wanted Safecoin. The solution is simple. Either don't accept Mastercoin in the crowdsale, or place a way smaller percentage for Mastercoin.

That way the BTC holders are happy, and everyone is happy. Does that address your question?

We are not doing an IPO. Thats only for silly little altcoins. Cheesy

We are doing a crowdsale so we can have more full time developers on the project. Working out the final details this week. I think once we release the details you will see that this is way different than what you are used to.

We should be fine on that.

Because you pay them for the transfer as well. If the don't deliver data for some reason you can terminate the contract and have the data hosted somewhere else.
